  Excellent customer service.
  Sumit is very quick replying to email questions. He is also quick at booking for tech to fix a printer issue.

  Excellent service. Our office printer needed service, and they had it in and repaired within 1 day. Sumit was particularly great to work with. Very helpful, prompt with replies and professional.

  Excellent service. Sumit was easy to book a tech and quite quick. We had Carlos come out to our place of business, and I can't speak highly enough about his skill level and detail of his work/craft. Would highly recommend and will for sure use Synergy again for their Printer (Zebra Printers) help again in the future.

  I had an issue with a line running down the left side of my scanned pages on my HP colour printer and contacted SynergyIT Solutions very close to 5 p.m. Sumit responded to my call almost immediately, asking me for a sample of the scanned pages and first thing the next morning Carlos called me with a resolution I could do myself. No charge! These guys are awesome!

  The large scale plotter printer at our office wasn't working properly. We sourced Synergy IT Solutions Group online. They provided a quote, set up an appointment, identified the issue and solution right away. They were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We have not had an issue since and will definitely use them in future. We highly recommend them..
