  I worked with Behrooz Davani this summer (2022) to rent my condo , and i couldn't have been happier! He was extremely professional and thoughtful through out the whole process and helped me understand every detail, and consequences of different situations. He answered all my questions with patience. I never felt alone as he and his team were always there to answer questions and walk me through every piece of documentation. I received a very good candidate the first few days that the condo was on the market, he also helped me validate the situation and helped me make an informed decision with as little risk as possible, exactly what i was looking for. I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend Behrooz, and his team!

  I loved working with Behrooz! I needed a downtown agent to help my friends family sell a home and Mr. Davani delivered! He is easy to work with, kept me updated throughout the process, and treated us with care and most of all respect. I would undoubtedly recommend him to anybody looking to sell and/or buy.

  BS.. with the right agent and mindset there's always opportunity. That about sums up my experience with Behrooz. This was my second time working with Behrooz and the experience only got better. Behrooz is honest, upfront and direct when needed. He is a true advisor and doesn't look to just please me as a client.

  Our experience with Behrooz was wonderful - he was available at all times to answer questions and put our minds at ease. Behrooz made sure no corners were cut.
