Neglectful waitress - Unprofessional Management - OK Food - Unsanitary Bathrooms.
Our orders came extremely late over 30 min. 2/9 orders came another 30 min later than the other orders because our waitress most likely forgot to order it from the kitchen. She didn’t even come back to communicate what happened or offer any compensation. We had to request several times to speak to the waitress who never came back to our table until the bill. Finally the manager came and was extremely grumpy and said ‘we can’t give you a free meal or anything because it came late’. No one even apologized about the service or anything! The manager was also bad mouthing our table behind the bar to another employee. Unprofessional! I’m appalled that such horrible and (lack of) customer service or communication exists in Canada!response / report this review -

If you're in the mood for a good ol'mountain brunch, you can't go wrong with Chez Francois. The food is always delicious. The Eggs Benedict are famous throughout the Bow Valley. The decor is much improved since a recent refurbishment and is now light and airy. I would highly recommend.

Service and food was great. Very pleasant staff and delicious breakfast. Very knowledgeable and prepared to accomodate gluten-free requests.
Only drawback was portion-size, which is perhaps best when enjoying such delicious food.
Pricing was about what you would expect, and far better than 20min down the road in Banff.

A great breakfast place with decent prices and a great kids menu. I loved the breakfast combos which let's you have two different options. I got a salmon Benny and a crepe. Perfect! Very attentive staff. You wouldn't have to work hard to convince me to come back. I'm curious about their dinner menu. Can't wait to try that out!

My wife and I had a wonderful breakfast meal! The waitress was very friendly and checked up on us regularly. The food came very quickly, tasted delicious, and the environment was welcoming. We would definitely go back for breakfast or lunch!

Me and my girlfriend waited for over an hour while we watched tables that had been seated 15 minutes after us getting served. The food was ok, but certainly not worth the wait. If you plan on going here for Sunday brunch, be prepared to endure the slow service and don't expect the management to care.

All was great until a second waitress arrived and she talked so loud it spoilt the atmosphere. If the owner cares she has dark hair, a pony tail and an injured leg. She does not belong with customers as she has no understanding of what is appropriate. For example, I do not need to hear how difficult it was for her to go pee with her bad leg.

Our experience here was top class.
Our server was delightful.
The food was top drawer. Fabulous.
My wife and I both had the 3 course special.
There were about 4 1st course choices and about 4 main choices. We both had Golden Beet salad to start. It was amazing.
Then we each had Pork Tenderloin that was supposed to come with mushroom sauce BUT today it was served with Maple Ginger sauce.
Again it was SO good. In fact lick your plate good.
I am doing this review while we are waiting for dessert so cannot comment on that but I have no doubts it will be very good as well.response / report this review
