Agent was pushy, manipulative and dishonest. He constantly sugar-coated any problems we noticed wth properties, and he was constantly pushing us to go out of our price range. Expecting to find a house for under 250 000 in Grand Bend is not unreasonable, but he constantly talked condescendingly to us, as if to make us feel unreasonable. He also pushed us to raise our bid on a house when we were the only bidder and we were already offering asking price. Clearly, see was not looking out for our interests. We're so glad to be done with him
