We love it! This cottage is private and quiet, yet walking distance to all the fun of Grand Bend. The cottage is clean, well equipped and has a large yard with firepit. WIFI, A/C and BBQ.

Cottage is beautiful. It was so clean when we arrived for our getaway. The hot tub was a great addition. Lots to do in town and all within walking distance. Transaction with owner was effortless and price was fair. Thanks!! See you again.

My family and I are repeat visitors to Grand Bend Villa and we love it more and more every time! It's always very clean and well kept. Plenty of room to relax and for the kids to play inside and out. Close to the park, grocery store, beautiful beach and so much more! ! We can't wait to go back!

Landlord has extorted us two years in a row. Does not return deposits. Avoid at all costs.
