Had the pleasure of staying here under the new management, they have done great things in regards to cleanliness and safety (very pleased). Yogina is very pleasant and accommodating in regards to making your stay enjoyable, thank you to Yogina and all her staff good job .

please don't waste your time or money at this dog house, very very dirty rooms, the worst customer service trust me just spend a extra $20 to get a much better hotel and a real good night sleep.. this place is packed with drug users and the staff are the worst to ask for help or anything. they dont know how to run a business.. the dirtiest room I have ever stayed at and i travel a lot overseas and stayed at many hotels all over the world lol if your having a good day don't stay at this hotel because it will make you fell sick, not worth saving a little money at all

Been here twice now. Was OK the first time, wasn't anything special and wasn't that nice looking. Now with new management it seems like decor, walls, stairs etc. Have been updated. Beds looked clean, tv/cable and air conditioning. No more cops/crackheads hanging around. Now there is no coffee in the room but there is in the office and no food but there is many places to eat close by as well as Surrey Central Mall

The lady at the lobby was super gentle and always helping us in every aspect. The room we got was super comfortable and clean. We had a really nice time at the hotel. Definitely coming back when in need

Would not recommend this place !! They asked $135 plus taxes Good thing I checked room before staying Would not pay that price for this place Was not a comfortable atmosphere! Vibes were not right.. and neighbourhood didn't look safe at all.. have to agree place for drug users

These people are scam artists, on the website it said $69 a night and when I call, every time they always say we only have 1 room left and charge us a ridiculous price and the price is more expensive every time but every time I go there is always see lots of vacancies left when they always say we only have 1 room left. I would never go there again

We regret checking in this place. Not worth what we pay for. Our room smells terrible and disgusting. Air-conditioner was like been in past 18century. It looks good on the outside but inside is looks like abandoned place. We had to make a transfer to another hotel on the next day. I would not like to recommend to anyone else this place. Shout out to the company/owner to make major renovations and restrictions.

I have had the staff help me in anyway they could.The staff have been very friendly and professional. They are there to be of service to you in anyway that has the best results. I personally am on a good level with them they are really trying daily to make this place better and better.

cheat hotel where you can rent by day, week and month. They accept cash.
So you find all kind of people especialy on the weekend. It's pretty safe and is gated. ok clean cause its old. Its close to everything.response / report this review -
