  Many thanks to my agent Vinson Li. He is so kind, patience, reliable and professional. He assisted me in renting a wonderful condo in downtown within a week even I was not in Canada. He put his greatest effort to assist us. He did a virtual housing tour and tell us the advantages/disadvantages and which condo is one of the best managed.
  After finding a condo, he also told and helped me with documents. I highly recommend him to you if you want to find a place.

  Vinson Li was very accommodating and easy to talk to from the beginning. I was still outside of the country and had already started looking for places to rent for me. We ran into some problems given that the market was picking back up again and some landlords were not accepting students as tenants, but Vinson kept his patience and professionalism and we just got our offer accepted today. Very thankful for Vinson's services and I highly recommend working with him. He really shows that he cares for his clients.
