Tequila and Whiskey absolutely adore Sublime. Tequila gets the zoomies as soon as I mention “daycare” and they both played and ran so hard during their week staycation that I have two very snuggly pups. I love how they care for all of the animals there, are always so friendly and kind when I stop in for anything, and I know my fur-babies are well taken care of. I especially love the daily dose of pictures they post so you can see how they’re doing and who they’re playing with today!

They took my Ben, Taz and Marcie and my Grand pup Jack over the Canada day weekend as we flew to Scotland for my sons wedding, they kept us updated constantly as this was the pups first time in boarding and Mr Ben was a little stressed , all the pups were happy and well looked after and made lots of friends , in Bens case human friends lol, looking forward to

Sublime staff are amazing! They greet my boy every morning and we can tell he is loved. He just spent his first time boarding with Sublime and he didn't seem phased by it. We know he gets the same care we would give him at home.

Love bringing our dog, Ruger here. We bring him at least once a week for daycare. He is always so excited when he arrives. The staff always know his name and are super friendly. We have also boarded him while we went on a trip. I love how they always post photos so we could see how he was enjoying himself. They also have groupons! I totally would recommend Sublime!

My dog Zarra comes here about once a week for daycare. She obviously LOVES going to play and comes home completely exhausted so for us it is well worth bringing her. The best part about Sublime is that they post pictures of the pets playing all day long - I sit at work just waiting for a picture of Zarra to come up so I know she is doing okay. The staff is fantastic and I know my dog is very well taken care of.

Great services offered here with incredible staff. Always treated with respect and love from the workers there and my animals love it so much and they always come back so happy and refreshed! Thank you Sublime for everything!

Trigger slept our entire drive back to Grande Cache and is still sleeping (8 hours after leaving) he will definitely be back!! I think he enjoyed himself.

I brought my puppy here on a groupon offer. It’s quite far from my house but the discount made it worth it. I loved it the moment we went in. It is the only place in the city I would leave my dog over night. The people are extremely kind and I know Teddy is in good hands. I’ve also only used them for grooming and am very happy.

I have been bringing my dog Stella here for a few weeks now. I have taken her to other day cares and they have been alright - the flooring, the beds, the toys, the ability to be outside if they want really makes Sublime a cut above the rest. The facility is clean and I love that Stella gets to interact with dogs bigger than her as well (she's only 6.5 pounds)! She loves it! I have always been nervous to board her - but here I know when the time comes I need to, that someone is there 24 hours a day. That's huge for us dog Moms. Thank you Sublime for making Stella feel so welcome. Love the photos and videos you post. It's so wonderful to see her having so much fun! I recommend this business 100%.

We were so nervous about bringing our pup to day care as she can be a tad anxious and unsure at times. The staff at Sublime were more than willing to talk to us a few times about it before our first day, and even showed us around. The morning of our first day, the staff member working was so sweet to our dog. Afterwards, we got a report card with feedback (which I love!) and our pup was exhausted (always a bonus). Our pup seemed to absolutely love it, and even pulled me right to the door the second day, tail wagging and everything! I also love that they post photos throughout the day. :)

Absolutely the best Daycare/boarding/grooming!!! For the first time we had to board our dog Ginger for 19Days!!! It was her first time away from us & I was definitely nervous!!! I loved that I knew their was always someone there 24/7 that was completely different from any other "kennel", they keep the dogs together all the time!!! Even for sleeping unless u don't want them to, it's ur choice!!! They completely reassured me that Ginger was doin great!!! They would message me with updates, also I could see pictures of her on their fb page!!! I loved it & Ginger does too, We now love goin here for a day/night here & there just because!!! Thank u for all ur hard work in making this the best place possible!!! �

This place is fantastic! I can see the staff truly care about each and every pet that stays at the facility. I just picked up my two kitties this morning and they are healthy, happy and calm. The kitty condos are placed in front of a window (what kitty doesn't love that?) There are scratching posts, and toys to keep them happy and they have lots of room. My fur babies were left in loving hands. Thank you sublime �

This establishment is not anything like the photos or description.
My dog boarded for 9 days.
When we arrived there were at least 40 dogs running around. It was chaos.
I had a bad feeling about leaving him there, especially because they had no kennels to retreat to, and relax.
I should have trusted my gut.
We picked up our dog, and he has been very sick ever since. He has lost over a pound, has a double eye infection, is lethargic and being tested for distemper, (despite being vaccinated, apparently if your pet is really run down or immune compromised they don't always work). Needless to say, we are very upset. Not only was this place expensive, but we now face vet bills with a very sick little dog.response / report this review -

My two cats stayed for a week and it was a good experience. I found about this place before adopting my cats and thought this would be my choice to go when I go on vacation. They put up pictures of my cats everyday making me feel very relieved to see they were doing well. Also, my boyfriend got bitten by my cat in the car on our way there (kitty was very scared) and the staff was sincerely worried and put bandages and alcohol right away on the bite. Thank you for the good care, I hope you good business for many years to come.

I boarded my adult dog here for 9 days over the holidays and was nervous to leave her because she has a history of anxiety and can feel overwhelmed by too many dogs. I soon was able to see daily photos of her which Sublime posted and began to see her settle in and begin playing with other dogs. One of my concerns was how open the dog area is and that she wouldn't have any place to have alone time, but their dog beds allowed her to cozy up underneath, while also watching what was going on. I am very happy with her stay!

Our dog is anti-nail cutting. She cries, carries on and believes the world will end. When we arrive, she jumps out of the car and marches willing in.
Pauses for a cookie and then willing goes into 'that room'.
The howling begins and last through every nail.
Then silenceshe marches back out, pausing for a pat, a visit and cookie!
Really - how bad can it be! While she hates the activity, she loves the people. �response / report this review
