  Matt was recommended to me by my amazing realtor Jenna Turnbull. Matt worked around my schedule and that of the seller's. He was extremely thorough and provided a very detailed verbal presentation with videos and photos during the walk through, and followed it up with a comprehensive 20 page inspection report. Matt was informed, diligent, and more importantly open and transparent. He answered the million questions I had before during and after the inspection. I highly recommend Matt.

  Matt was awesome! His attention to detail and his down-to-earth nature was exactly the type of person that is needed for a job such as this. He has the know-how, experience, tools and provides an excellent follow-up inspection report with relevant pictures and verbiage. Would highly recommend Matt for all your home inspection needs! We haven’t tried it yet but Matt also has a network of trades people for all of your household maintenance needs - if he can’t do it he knows someone that can!

  Matt was recommended to us by our realtor. His services were thorough, efficient, and very professional. We received a detailed PDF report within the same day as inspection, including pictures with areas of concern circled, so even those not present are able to easily understand any issues at hand. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a home inspector.

  We can strongly recommend Matt for a house inspection. He has great expertise and his detailed inspection gave us a lot of confidence with our house purchase. Everything was done in such a timely way from scheduling the inspection to receiving the detailed report. Matt also let us know he would be available anytime if we had questions in the future.
