  I have been going to Smile Zone for 3 years now. Every time I go I have a good experience. They are always ready for me, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, and they have all my paperwork and the billing taken care of. The dentists and hygienists are great friendly, gentle, and professional. What made me switch dentists was the free teeth whitening kit I get every check-up, and what kept me coming back is the easy experience they make getting dental care. I used to be nervous about going to the dentist but I feel much less anxiety here, and I've never had a painful experience. I highly recommend Smile Zone!

  Since my first day walking through the doors at Smile Zone, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful showing me the price breakdown I'm making sure I understand everything before I see the dentist. When being nervous to go see a dentist they made me feel very comfortable and took step-by-step letting me know that when I needed to stop they would stop the procedure. Doctor Claire made sure I understood everything about my teeth and making sure that I feel comfortable with every step. She made sure that all my concerns I have were answered.

  I have been visiting Smile Zone since I moved to Edmonton in 2018, and I have always had a great experience there. I get very anxious about dental procedures and gag a lot, but the staff at Smile Zone is very caring and understanding. The dentists and technicians always explain what they are doing and make sure that I am okay to proceed. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist where I was never numbed properly and would end up experience a lot of pain. I have never had that problem here. They always make sure that the numbing has worked properly before proceeding and believe me if I tell them it hasn't. I think at this point I have been treated by almost every dentist who works at Smile Zone and they are all equally amazing. I will be coming back as long as I live in Edmonton.

  This is the second time I've been to the smile zone and I've been extremely happy each time.
  My hygienist was Moe and he was gentle and quick and he did a wonderful job. Also the cost of the cleaning was half of what it was at another dentist that was rated 5 stars (which was obviously fake reviews). I didn't have any pain, and my gums were not bleeding and it didn't take an astronomical amount of time to do a simple cleaning. I simply cannot say enough about my experience. 5 stars!

  The team at Smile Zone is exceptional- always warm, welcoming and kind. I got my invisalign through them, and Dr. Carol has been absolutely amazing! Patient, knowledgeable and really explains every step of the way. Clinic hours are also flexible, which makes scheduling appointments super easy. I've had a great experience here
