Had a bad past experience at other dentists and opted to not go to the dentist for years due to fear.decided to give waterloo west dentist a try during an emergency and they were terrific. Very professional, kind, and gentle!! I'll definitely be back again, thanks for the emergency visit Helen and Andrew!

EDIT - Just visited again for a follow-up and cleaning session. Andrew was very gentle and my teeth finally feels awesome again! Thank you so much!

My last dentist retired a while ago. I didn’t think I would find another one who made me feel as comfortable and safe. Recently, I tried Waterloo West and will definitely be going back. Dr. Andrew made me feel very relaxed and confident with his recommendations.

Our family came to Waterloo West dentistry seeking a positive dental experience for our children (this was not the case with our previous dentist). We have been so happy with the switch. Waterloo West is a friendly, calm, and professional practice where my young kids and I were made to feel very welcome. The kids actually look forward to their visits now (it helps that there is paw patrol!). I very much appreciate the helpful staff and the quality of the practice, and would highly recommend to others.

I had a really good experience here.
Both Dr. Andrew and Helen were friendly and professional. They were thorough and did a wonderful job with the teeth cleaning and dental glue removal.
Recommend this place if you have problems with your teeth :)

Had an emergency dental issue and was able to be seen within a couple hours of my call. The dentist Helen was great. Very professional and upbeat personality. She explained the issue and what my options were. Left feeling that I was taken care of. Was a great experience and would definitely recommend.
