I've been insured with State Farm Medicine Hat for 15 years, not once have I had any issues. Dee Cannon has never once steered me in the wrong direction or was unable to answer my questions. After my vehicle was hit last summer, I was thankful to have a local agency on my side. Christina really took the reigns with it and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. She was speedy with getting me into a rental vehicle while mine was in the shop and handled all the details. What really stands out with the girls at State Farm Medicine Hat, is the family orientated atmosphere. I go in, we chit chat about current events and discuss outside insurance related matters. They make you feel like family, they take care of you, always putting your best interest ahead of anything else. Service with a smile has never strayed from this group of amazing women. My appreciation for all the work they have done for me has been life saving ☺️

Dee Cannon is the absolute best! She is personable and was able to help us find the insurance we needed, at rates we could deal with. We are so happy with the coverage and it is not even if we will need it, but when. Knowing it is there is a huge relief. I should also mention that she was honest enough to tell us that State farm was not able to match a different insurance that we had her look up because after dealing with Dee we were thinking about moving other policies to State Farm. Thanks Dee and State farm!
