I have been a patient at Crestwood Dental for over 20 years. I've always found everyone there to be friendly, efficient and hard-working. The dental care that I've received from the dentists to the dental technicians has been exceptional. I feel confident that I will be treated as a valued patient when I have an appointment or need emergency care.

the front staff are cordial and polite as well as the dental assistants . The young dentist that I saw was nice but missed a crack in one of my teeth which later caused me serious pain. The dental hygienist did a good job but padded my bill for the time that she worked on me. I have moved on to another dentist that was able to fix my cracked tooth. My take is that this organization is all about the money and not the patient.

I just got my wisdom teeth taken out and I wast terrified of getting it done being just a but drowsy but mostly awake amd I remember everything about it too. But Dr.Elwin Kershew and his team did an amain job talking me through all of it! I had a great experience! I'm so happy how well it went.

I'd been going here for the last 15 or so years and always had a decent experience. The ladies were friendly and helpful at the front desk and the dentistry was acceptable. All that changed when I had to book with a new, younger dentist (not naming names). He found a small cavity on my rear molar. There was no pain/sensitivity until after the filling has been completed. I scheduled to have it re-filled and again it is sensitive/painful. To add to that, he left a huge divot on the top of my tooth where food constantly gets trapped. I no longer have any confidence in crestwood dental and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Felt like a cash cow for business. Experienced dental problems on the same tooth over and over, and I was confronted with a new root cause of the pain every time. I might not be a dentist, but if it takes multiple visits to inspect the same tooth for problems, then one shouldn't keep going to that clinic. They have taken quite a few x rays of the same tooth over the period of time, I wonder if its put to use for watching solar eclipse or actually looked at for treatment. Its like when a salesman first sells the car, then when the car skids in winter,he asks to bring the car in for check up - inspects and tells you you need a 17" tire instead of 16" and charges you money for inspection and the tire; the next time when the same problem arises - same protocol - inspection - only this time you will come to know that you needed an all terrain tire instead of all season; once again you pay for the inspection and then the all terrain tire.
