We have used several of their optometrists (Dr. Hyde and Dr. McClung Jr.) They have all proven themselves not only top professionals, but very personable and down to earth. It's always a pleasure to see them, and knowing that I'm in good hands. Highly recommended.

The optometrist himself is great.

The problem being is the reception staff, I came in 10 minutes early for a booked appointment, ended up waiting just over an hour. 3 people who had their appointment later than mine, ended up going ahead of me.

Prepare to remind reception that they're at their job and should be doing it.

Wonderful staff and excellent service. I found that even though I had not purchased my glasses through them they gave excellent customer service when repairing them. I know where I will purchase my next pair of glasses.

Went in a week ago and had my exam with Dr. Cory McClung and he was fantastic. Super nice and very personable! They told me it would take a week to ten days to get my prescription lenses for my regular frames and sunglasses frames..it was two days shy of one week when I got the call they came in! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! I have been coming here since I was a child and I will never go anywhere else! Will definitely recommend a friend.

We have been going to see Dr Hyde for a few years now. The staff of 20/20 are friendly and great. Dr Hyde is wonderful with kids. A great place to get your eyes taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about 20/20 Vision Care! From the optometrists to Jim and his service team. Dr. Hyde was incredible with our 2 year old son. He was very patient and understanding, helping my son warm up to him right away! All the front staff are also very helpful. They went above and beyond finding the perfect pair of frames to fit my 2 year old.
I recommend 20/20 Vision Care to everyone I know!

I have been going to a competitor in Medicine Hat for 15 years and finally decided to check out 20/20 as I felt I was overpaying too much. Jim immediately took care of me and helped me pick out a great set of frames and explained every detail of thinning lens' and where the costs came from. I got about 50% off what i was paying the corporate competitor and got my new glasses within days. I am so satisfied with the service I received from 20/20 and have been referring them to friends and family like crazy. Jim and the team at 20/20 have earned a long time client in myself and hopefully more long term clients by word of mouth!

They were pretty good service, but after i ordered my sunglasses i was told 7-10 business days for them to come in. It's now been over 10 business days and still waiting.

When my family and I go to 20/20 Vision Care we always have a great experience. The doctors are very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. When it comes to glasses, the staff are super helpful! They not only do a great job helping us find glasses we like, but they're also amazing wizards at fixing our bent and broken glasses when we bring them in.

Enjoyed eye appointment but when it came time to ordering, sales lady was rude, submitted claim so many times that the system wouldn't accept anymore and had to wait and fight with the insurance and make sure this company canceled the claim, now we have to wait for four days to order glasses and go somewhere else, dissatisfied.
