I was nervous about taking my dog in to a new vet. We had to get our dog's teeth cleaned. We received great service my dog's teeth are pearly white again! The staff where friendly and told me how they enjoyed cuddling my dog during the day. I will defiantly be bringing him to this vet clinic again.

I have a little kitten that has been raised by humans since she was a week old. She and her sisters wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for the great staff here and their wealth of knowledge. Thanks for everything you do!!

Front staff are great. Vets are horrid. Especially Dr Braha. I will never return. They are just out to grab your money. Unnecessary meds and tests. Beware

I had to put down my two life long cats. They grew up with me and I love/loved them very much. The people were incredibly understanding and explained everything they were going to do so we’re prepared.

St.Norbert animal hospital . Is the best place to go to they have good affordable prices. I 100% recommend this place to every pet lover to go to. ALL Staff that works there are professional .the place is clean . All the time I go there they always treat me good . I have 5 cats . They always treat my 5 cats very good. Thank you to all staff for looking after me and my 5 cats. always excellent service.

This place is incredible! Always able to squeeze me in for emergencies and last minute bookings.
Very caring towards my pets, especially my senior dog & always have the best intentions when it comes to solutions without trying to charge me for unneeded procedures/medications.response / report this review -

St. Norbert is one of the best veterinary facilities to which we've ever brought our cats. Their staff is courteous, professional and caring, and the care they gave our animals is always excellent. We are treated like a priority even when we need to come in on short notice, and we truely appreciate the way they follow up after surgery or really any visit to make sure everything is okay with our animals. We would trust our babies here any day.

I have gone to this place twice for my cat.
First time they saw the wound, they cleaned it give me some medicine then charged me 300 dollar, I asked do we need to stitch it, they didn't answer.
A month later, the wound gets worse, I bring him to there again, stitch it, charged me 500 dollars. the doctor stitched on the edge about 1mm of the wound, four individual stitches. one day, four stitches broke three of them.
By the way, I have made a appointment, they let me waited for half an hour.
Ignore their suggestions, these are just taking your money from your wallet but nothing can help.
I definitely do NOT recommend anyone to go to there. waste money and time.response / report this review -

It was the first time I was going to the vet so really wasn't sure what to expect and I was nervous because my cat gets scare so easily, but the experience was great and affordable they took my cat in, they answered all of my questions and concerns definitely recommended.

Dr Braha did everything he could to save my older guinea pig. He was very patient with me and told me I did everything I could do for him.

100% recommend this animal hospital, they are so caring and friendly. The price is absolutely wonderful and reasonable. It definitely won't hurt your pockets unlike other animal hospitals who charge unreasonably amount of money.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. My 8 week old puppy was sick and they were able to fit her in quickly. Three days later she became very ill so we rushed back and they took such good care of her, told us everything that was going on. They were so caring and helpful. Both vets (depending on who was working) called me multiple times to discuss results and when we finally took her home they would call to see how she was. When I found a sore on her hip I was able to email a picture and the vet called me to tell me his thoughts without having to bring her in. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I took my female cat to get fixed a little over a year ago , that experience went well.
Then in Nov of 2015 she went into heat again, I looked it up and read it could be a phantom heat once but if it happens again to take her in as the doc could of missed something. She went into heat again March 2016 so I took her in the doc said it was impossible for her to go into heat again. And basically told me I my lying or nuts. He told me to take her home and call them "if" it happened again.
Well as I expected June 2016 she went into heat for a 3rd time. I called right away on a Sunday and they schedule me to take her for surgery at 8am Monday morning which I was happy about.
I told the vet tec man when I brought her in I would be back to pick her up after 8pm and he confirmed they were open till 9pm.
He also mentioned someone would call me when my cat was up from surgery.
At 2:11pm still no call I called them my self to check up. The lady transferred me to the back to check on my cat and said she was awake and doing ok.
I told her I would pick her up after 8pm.
I received a call at 3:30pm to "follow up" with me on how she was doing and told me the same info the first person said. I told that person too that I would pick my cat up after 8pm.
I missed a call from the Vet reception at 7:11pm and called them just after 8pm.
She was frantic wondering when I would going to come get my cat as they have been trying to call me "ALL DAY" to schedule s pick up or my cat.
I bluntly said "bullshit" I have spoke to a number of people today and told them all I would be there after 8pm, which I was there by 8:30pm.
When I got there yes indeed they missed taking out part of her ovary and kindly showed me the quarter size piece they took out of her.
It is tragic enough to get fixed once never mind twice.
From the lack of organization with the reception staff and the lack to attention to detail with the doctor I will not be back to this vet .
