St. Joe's London is one of the greatest hospital experiences I have had. The staff were all pleasant and professional. The procedure was completed with great skill and efficiency. The hospital is clean and has a very family atmosphere. Thanks!

Not Bad - all things considered. Their triage was swift despite the HUGE group of people waiting to be seen. Friendly staff. XRAY happened fairly quick but then a really long wait to see the doctor to interpret the Xray. All things considered the Urgent Care Clinic (For smaller issues - check the bulletin at the door) here is better than heading to ER at the other hospitals and waiting a potential 6-8 hours.

Besides going for treatment in this hospital, their Parking has to be the most horrendous one. I have had two appointments in the last 4 weeks and boy! I drove up and down for 25 minutes and still no parking. And what's with the level of those parking. I feel like I am hitting my car on the ceiling. Overall the parking is limited.

I have been seeing a gastro doctor at this hospital i drive from sarnia the endoscopy unit nurses and staff are very kind and caring. My doctor and secretary have been kind. Keep up the great work.

I've had nothing but great experience with this hospital. I've been referred here to see many different doctors as well as delivered My son in 2010. I have never had a bad experience !

I was dealing with some severe bacterial infection symptoms over a weekend and felt like it would not be smart to wait until my doctors office opened the next day. Reviewing most of the walk-in clinics in the area, almost all of them had horrible reviews. I was told about Urgent Care at St. Joseph's and was in and out in an hour with a prescription to treat Strep Throat. There are 3 different stations you visit when you enter: Check-in, Observation and Information Verification would be the best was to describe them. Once done, you wait to be called into the office to then be seen by a physician. Very friendly staff considering the amount of people they see each day. A couple of them were stern, but if you have your information ready (such as your health card, personal information, symptoms, etc.) you won't have a problem. Thank you to the staff that made my experience a good one!
