The worst campsite I've ever been too. The staff were rude and unfriendly. They wouldn't even get out of their vehicles to dictate the many, many rules they had. Not dog friendly and even had to keep our golden leashed when swimming. Told to leave before noon (it was 1130 and we were just about packed) or we'd be charged another night This again was yelled out from her vehicle. 35$ a night and no hook up's. Sani dump didn't even have a hose for rinsing. Needless to say, we will never go back. Rude and unprofessional.

I suggest to all of second hand Canadian residents to never ever camp there , EXTREMELY RACIST PEOPLE starting from the park patrol and whoever works there , and ending up to the campers with they go there every year, first time went there with my family my wife and my son 3 years old, and ended up being kicked out in the middle of the day just because the neighbours beside us they don't like our first language , EXTREMELY RACIST PEOPLE the park patrol ended up keeping their side just because they know each other , just because they know each other they make u feel prosecuted . Hopefully we are going to settle this case with the provincial court. End of this relationship with the Hiks lake . If it was an option to give 0 star I would give 0 star,

The campsite is beautiful, and the night staff is awesome! Morning staff not so much. Felt rushed to leave, and treated rudely.

I have went camping here for 3 years in a row now. First 2 years weren't bad. This year was horrible I rented 4 sites for a large amount of people all family my baby cried in the night next day had another camp goer ask if my baby was "special" than when I got very offended an ask the lady to leave my site she flipped out and her husband came over losses for it to (my husband was at the store at the time) when I told the attented she came over heard the guy threaten me than told me they were "members" and I should really keep quiet I will never be be back. I could Not believe I was threatened in front of staff and than they pretty much threaten me too. I paid hundreds of dollars for our 5 night stay this place is a joke

Stayed here with our daughter and grand daughter. We had a very nice stay even if the weather didn't cooperate. Staff are very friendly, it's not the holiday inn accommodations but if that is what you're looking for then stay at a resort. This campground is for the type that can take care of themselves and not have to be pampered. Loved it and definitely
    will go back.
