This is absolutely a gorgeous location! I was there during a chilly September wedding, but they had heaters so inside the greenhouse was not too horribly cold.
Unfortunately I had to watch my dear friend have a terrible wedding experience.
Within 10min of pulling into the B&B the male owner came up with the bill demanding it be paid immediately. It created an awkward environment immediately. This continued the entire weekend.
When listening to the conversations between the owners and the bride, I feel like MANY of the 'problems' could have been dealt with prior to the wedding. For example, breakfast. They asked how many people for breakfast the next day, because they have to go to the store before it closes. Apparently, the bride had already told them through email how many people. The owners made it quite clear that people need to show up for breakfast on time, because they do not have staff to be cooking all day. They served us breakfast 55 minutes late.
The flower farm failed to show up to the rehearsal, where they were supposed to go over how to set up the tables, as they wouldn't let the bride/party/family set up. Consequently, it was not set up to the brides wishes.
At 130am they informed the bride and groom they needed to move all the gifts out of the greenhouse. Why couldn't this have been communicated prior so this task could have been delegated to the wedding party/family?
They told the bride Sunday morning that they could not use the greenhouse for gift opening because they had another wedding, even though this was in the contract that they could use the space.
They didn't get their damage deposit back (I'm not sure of the reasons why).
They paid an incredible amount of money for this lovely location. She was not treated like "a bride". While in the B&B we felt like we were walking on eggshells. I am surprised that this wedding experience was not seamless, considering they host weddings all of the time. WHY were there the issues there were?
Perhaps it is because I too got married only a few months prior to this, and my experience was the complete opposite. I would recommend my venue to anyone.
For Springbreak Flower Farm, I cannot leave a positive review.

I attend a wedding of some close friends. The venue is beautiful but the staff were very rude and pushy towards my friends and the wedding party.

I would give 5 stars as I love this place however being out of town except weekends it's a bit frustrating to come visit and it's closed to public due to weddings and events the last 3 times I've tried to bring people here haven't been able to shop at this green house on the weekend for almost a month now. Beautiful place and lots of selection otherwise.

We stayed at the b&b for a wedding. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were lovely and spacious. It was a great place for the bridal party to get ready in the morning and it was nice to be staying so close to the wedding venue. The food was fabulous. My spouse has food allergies and they provided him with excellent food. Definitely recommend staying here.

I attended a wedding here a few weeks ago and while I'm sure it is a beautiful place to visit and purchase flowers I would not suggest forcing your guests to 'enjoy' your wedding in a greenhouse unless you actually want to torture them. It was already over 30 degrees outside and inside it was horrible. It was stifling and everyone was dripping sweat. They have large fans but turn them off because they are loud during speeches and music etc. (Also when on they don't provide much relief unless you go outside and stand in front of them) I can't even believe they have receptions in a greenhouse in the summer AND PEOPLE PAY FOR IT. Especially not good for older guests and young children. I don't think people could even pay attention to the speeches because they were trying not to die from heat. Unless you want it to be a bathing suit wedding and turn on the sprinklers I would suggest you consider a different location for your reception.

The venue is great, with both indoor and outdoor options, both of which are absolutely beautiful. Very unhappy with our experience leading up to my wedding though - just a few days before my wedding Val informed us that we needed to pay several thousand more dollars to use the venue, because she just realized that they would have to close the greenhouse for the entire day to accommodate our morning wedding. When we booked the venue over a year in advance we told Val several times that we were having the ceremony at 10am, and over the course of the year we communicated with her about it several times, this was not a surprise to her. We insisted that we were not paying such a ridiculous amount of money just days before my wedding, and she eventually dropped it.
Some of the services promised when we booked the venue were that the greenhouse staff would sweep and clean the greenhouse and set up our entire reception space for us, as well as put away chairs after the ceremony, so that we could use the area for games and a dance floor. After we refused to pay Val what she demanded we found ourselves sweeping the entire greenhouse, setting up our reception space, and there was no greenhouse staff to be found to put away chairs.
Like I said, the venue is beautiful, I wouldn't have chosen to get married anywhere else. But anything Val promises you, be sure to get it in writing, signed by both parties.
