Very disappointed. The rate we were quoted for a group rate was higher then could be found online, so not a deal at all! When asked, they simply said, that is the rate for a group. Then we did have someone phone and reserve a room ( they did not know it but it was after the block was released) and they were NOT told that it was after the release date and that they would not be getting the group rate. When I called and asked about why customers when booking through a group are not told that it had expired and that they will not be getting the group rate, all they said was their system had no way of notifying them if a block had been expired or not. Be VERY careful if you book a room at this hotel, do not deal with them directly, its way cheaper to book online and DO NOT even try to get a group rate, you are wasting your time. Go to The Heritage, at least there you get a real meal included with your room.

Rooms are nice, hotel is clean. Had a pool for the kids and the breakfast is a bit above average. I stayed here for work while fighting the fire in Waterton Park. I and most of my colleges had billing problems fire to the hotel insisting on taking full payment in advance. For instance, we thought we would be staying for 10 days so they charged over $2000 to a credit card.
In all my years of staying over 150 nights a year in hotels, a hotel would take a pre-authorization for the total but not charge the card in advance. Management would not or could not provide justification for the practice.
If you ask them to bill one night at time, they continue to take as many nights as they want in advance with no notification to you, the card holder. In essence, you are lending the hotel free money. Beware!response / report this review -

We had three rooms and we checked out on July 31,2017. Thanks to the manager Levon who went an extra mile to assist us with our room problems at 9p.m. we had a very enjoyable stay. Nice clean hotel,very satisfying breakfast. We will recommend it to our friends.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Nice workout room, great pool with water slide which is fun for adults too Lol! Nice free breakfast in the morning.

The pool & waterslide are a hit with our kids. We are very happy with the breakfast: there are lots of choices and the ladies who worked the breakfast area are friendly & efficient. Special thank you to Sabina, a very pleasant & hardworking young lady!!!

There was a glitch with the online reservations so they only had us booked for one room. I had reservations for 2 king suites. They put us up in the honeymoon suite for the first night and said that they would figure something out the next day because the honeymoon suite was booked. I don't know what happened, but we were allowed to stay both nights in the honeymoon suite and only pay the rate we were quoted. They were very helpful and tried to fix the problem immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Really appreciated the clean room with supplies. Pincher Creek had about of a cattle smell when we arrived but the facility is well insulated with ac. Our room had microwave and fridge. This inn comes with an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, and indoor waterslide. Breakfast was included for us. While there isn't an omelette bar, you can make waffles. I recommends staying here. The bathrooms are still clean and not molding like some hotels can look and the water pressure is good for when you need to take a good shower after a day at a national park.

It's a standard Ramada. No restaurant, has water slide, fairly expensive compared to other accomedations.

Won't be going back.
TV didn't work properly - someone came up to fix it then left to find someone who could and disappeared never to be heard from again, mystery stains on sheets and oh god I hope that was cream or milk on the side of the cabinet.

Comfortable beds clean and new. Pool is slightly cool and the water slide is fast. Hottub is grand. Breakfast great selection. I would stay here again.

Not bad. Big room and a pool. Nothing out of the ordinary. The host at the front helped me out by providing me with a bag to use to ice my knee. That was nice.
