  I went to the Brick in need of all new kitchen appliances. Staff was very friendly & helpful and spent over an hour helping me pick and chose the best appliances for me with very competitive pricing. Among finding out my stove wasnt working, I contacted the manager (on a Sunday!) and he was very helpful in diagnosing for me that it wasn't my appliance at fault, instead the wiring to the electrical panel. Excellent experience and I look forward to visiting again

  Absolutely disgusted with the quality of furniture we received, ended up with a ripped couch and a very badly damaged fridge which we ended up getting a refund for. Sure didn't appreciate being called names or threatened of no refund when we expressed our concerns of how this has happened to many of my colleagues. Staying far away from any Brick from now on.

  We recently purchased a sofa set to be delivered to our new place next week. While I can't speak entirely for the quality of the set yet, I can certainly say the customer service we received was fantastic. Joel assisted us with making our choice and was very knowledgeable with product and in getting us the best deal money wise. Very pleased overall.
