This is my second time going through Mortgage Rate Canada for a new mortgage and each time my experience has been a great one. Tracey is the absolute best to deal with and she got me an excellent rate. Highly recommend!

There aren't words to express how fantastic of a job Tracey and her team at Mortgage Rate Canada do when it comes to helping their clients with their mortgages!
I came here for the best rate, but customer service is really their thing. I have dealt with this company twice now and have been very pleased on both occasions. Their response time is fantastic, the professionalism is above and beyond, they go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you want and need and make sure all the loose ends are tied up, they explain things so you can understand them, they tell you what their options are and share their opinions when necessary.
I would say that I started with Mortgage Rate Canada as a customer and could easily say we are now friends, that is how they make you feel when you deal with them. I could go on about these guys, but the simple truth is: I would recommend that anyone who is looking to get a mortgage should go to Mortgage Rate Canada first!response / report this review -

A lot of people pick banks to do their mortgage because it is easy. Well, they don't realize how easy Tracey at Mortgage Rate Canada makes the process of getting or renewing your mortgage. And, you get a much better rate, saving lots of money. Tracey was patient answering all of my questions and ensuring I understood everything.
She even has a special added bonus on your birthday - a free coffee card. A nice touch.
Her attention to customer service is number one and that is why I chose her when I got my first mortgage and went right back to her for my renewal even though I am several provinces away.

Tracey from CanEquity has always been very helpful and knowledgable with getting the best rates and mortgages that fits our familes needs. I would highly recommend contacting her if you are in the market to refinance or a first time buyer.

Conventional wisdom might suggest contacting your local bank when purchasing your first home. I trusted common sense over this conventional wisdom and found Tracey from Mortgage Rate Canada. Flawless service, great rates and made me feel like their number one client.
Time zones can be tricky when you live in a huge country such as Canada. This did not seem to get in the way of turnaround times and incomparable service. On a few occasions Tracey returned email way past her business hours. Whilst this was not my expectation, it was greatly appreciated knowing how committed she was towards my goal of home ownership.
