a bit slow on shipping from uat but otherwise great service

Good selection of farm products and competitive pricing. Please ship items FASTER though, or show what your order speed is. I ordered important items on a Tuesday night hoping to have them for a Sunday job, they were shipped Friday and arrived on Monday. I did speak to customer service requesting shipping by Thursday, but it didn't happen. Most online ordering systems indicate whether it's next day delivery, multiple days, etc. Adding this to your website would really help the consumer. Thanks!

What a complete joke this business is. they will take your money but what you will get in return is delays and excuses upon excuses. They are completely unaware of what the status is for any orders. All you will get when you phone is 'I dunno' over and over. Advice to Spectrum. This is business during COVID. If you piss all of your customers off now, you will NEVER get them back.

Great spot for educational supplies. The ladies are always helpful and I have been able to find lots of cool items for my son who has special needs. Plus some stuff gives you great ideas for lessons or learning opportunities. Get a catalogue as well as they have even more items available to order! I will definitely be returning!
