  Not satisfactory on their scheduling.. I have a refrigerator, which is only 3.5 years old the LG double sided one it's not cooling and need an immediate service.. I had an appt from other place today but cancelled it because they fixed the same refrigerator exactly one year ago and I want them to take a look as they might have the similar issue. Now, they just called me and told me they can't make it tomorrow as the technician is not available in my area and gave me another day which is 6 days later I told them I'll find another service and cancel and refund it they said it will take 7 business days to refund wow they charged me immediately $139 for holding the appointment and refund takes 7 business days this is VERY frustrating

  This repair service was sent under an LG flat rate warranty. The technician was highly skilled. He made a quick diagnosis and replaced the defective parts the same day. Refrigerator and freezer are working perfectly now. I would use this service again.

  The microwave in our brand new Samsung wall oven wouldn’t heat up which was quite disappointing. ARS was absolutely amazing to work with. They communicated every step: called to confirm appointment, called before to narrow down the time slot, called again when technician is on its way. Our technician Peter was amazing as well!! He was very detailed in his explanation on why it didn’t work and helped us resolved the issue. Highly recommended !

  I was highly impressed with the calibre of the services I received from Appliances Repair Service -- from the technical support over the phone to the scheduling of my refrigerator repair to the actual provision of the in-home repair service. This company is highly customer-focused. I would therefore highly recommend ARS to others. I wished I had called ARS first. Next time, I definitely will!

  Booking the appointment online was so easy, and the appointment was confirmed as stated on the website. The technician came well prepared with the part he thought would be needed. He called to say he was on his way. He was courteous, explained everything he needed to do, and have my washing machine repaired in no time. Would definitely use ARS again.

  Very quick response time (I got an appointment for following day). They charge a $120 base fee for a technician to come assess the problem and give you a quote-- this fee is only charged if you choose not to go ahead with the full service, and is not charged if you decide to go ahead with the repair. In my case, the technician came for the initial assessment and said he could fix my dishwasher right away, which cost about $200 tax incl. The technician was very nice, professional, friendly. Seemed knowledgeable and was very fast+efficient. I would definitely use this service again, and I think the pricing is quite fair. Overall, would recommend.

  ARS repaired my dishwasher. Good Customer Service from the first time I connected with the customer service person Aimee who booked the service call (very timely thx Aimee), to the parts manager, Carmen who identified the part and tagged the part for the service call, to Vivek the technician who repaired the dishwasher. The communication is very effective. You receive a voice call / email asking with appointment time and request for confirmation of appointment. An automated message updates you on the arrival of the technician on the day of the appointment. Thanks to the ARS team. I highly recommend this company for your LG appliance repair.
