  Nick from Fix Appliances was absolutely fabulous! He was on time, extremely professional and walked us through all the steps he was taking. Our 3 year old LG refrigerator/freezer stopped working and Nick was able to quickly diagnose the issue (refrigerant gas leak - not repairable) and gave us several pointers on how to best deal without having a refrigerator until a new one arrives. He was so considerate of our baby and let us know when he was going to make noise or if the smell was going to be too strong for our baby in the room. Top notch service and we are thankful that Nick was sent to help!

  The company essentially stole my money in exchange for no services, by relying on misleading marketing and customer service communications to secure a job that they knew they were not able to complete.
  
  When the technician arrived he openly said that the customer service had misled me on the services to be provided because he was unable to provide the diagnostic or report promised on whether my range had a defect. But this information was withheld until after I made payment, and then the company refused to refund even though no services were provided whatsoever.
  
  Most troubling was the company promised that they were certified by LG to write a report that LG would use to complete repairs, but LG refused to ever look at the report from this company, saying they were not authorized.
  
  I highly recommend avoiding this company and not trusting any service promises.
  
  EDIT: the owner’s response below is highly misleading and untruthful. Do not believe anything they tell you as they will say anything to secure a job. In this case I was informed by LG multiple times they would not look at this company’s report. I was also promised multiple times over email and phone all kinds of services that would be provided, services directly contrary to the owner’s statements below, designed to get the technician in the door and take my money for no value. Beware!

  I am so pleased by the service provided from Nick at this company. We have had issues with our washing machine, first the counterweight was broken and then the water was not draining properly due to some pressure issues. NICK was such a nice helpful guy and worked very hard to fix the machine for us, letting us know about having to order parts and always keeping in touch to let us know when he would be available to fix the machine for us. It is now up and running and I can finally stop washing my clothes by hand. Thank you Nick at fix appliances, you are a very hard working man and I wish you all the best

  Made a service call to inspect the issue with my washing machine. Booking the appointment was very smooth and was able to get an appointment the next day even though i called in the evening. After the diagnostics, the technician (Nick) walked me through the issue and my options in a very clear way. Saved their number and will be my go to for appliance repairs. Highly recommended.

  My washer died yesterday. I went online doing research with the intention to buy parts from Amazon to fix it myself. However, I came across a local repair service company "Fix Appliances", after a quick online chat with a service rep. named "Kris", I decided to call and make appointment for the next day.
  
  11:00AM a tech serviceman named "Roman" showed in time, after a quick diagnose, he identified the problem which is the motor (my washer model is Samsung Fuzzy Compact P801 800). He got the job done quickly and professionally.
  
  I am so happy with the service but more than that, I am happy that now I've found a trustworthy and reliable local service repair company which I can trust.

  I had a great experience with their service. I had already used it some time ago, so when something went wrong with my dryer, I decided to call that company again. The technician was very professional, answered all the questions I asked during the fixing process. And I especially appreciate that they arrived on time as scheduled.

  I'm very satisfied with that company. A few days ago, my new dishwasher stopped draining properly. I try to find out what is wrong myself, checked all the filters and other things, but I didn't know what to do further, so I called Fix Appliances. It was great that the technician was able to come over the same day because I had a day off and was able to let him in. That technician was super professional, found out what was wrong and fixed everything within an hour.

  I wanted to thank this service and the technician for the work. My oven broke down, and I called this company. It is great that this service offers you the same day service and the technician a few hours later, I called. He worked fast and fixed my oven within an hour. Moreover, he gave me a few tips on how to avoid future problems with it. I can say that it's the first company I've ever called, which offers fair pricing for such quality services.

  I give them four stars rather than five although the technician was otherwise very knowledgeable and friendly and he fixed my dishwasher promptly. He also cleaned out the filter as well. I paid for a $275 parts kit but was never given proof that the entire kit was used. All I was left with was the part pictured here. On a follow up phone call I was assured everything was used. Going forward the company can improve by ensuring technicians account for every component replaced.

  I had a very good experience with them, these folks are great! I called 4 different appliance repair services to ask about the initial consultation fee and they all quoted the same.
  
  I went with Fix Appliances because they were by far the friendliest and their service was quick and streamlined. I had an issue with the dishwasher at a unit I'm renting out and Fix Appliance handled all the communication between myself and the tenant.
  
  They also kept me updated throughout the whole process sending updated quotes/invoices via text and calls. The technician was very professional and gave some solid advice on whether to go with a repair or need for a new dishwasher.
  
  In the end they ordered new parts that said could take upto a week, but came way quicker and he installed it right away, scheduling the time with my tenants rather than having me involved as the middleman in scheduling.
  
  Very professional and transparent with their services. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
