Clean facility and comfortable non intimidating place to workout. Staff are great and the members truly are incredible. It's the place to be!! Check it out for yourselves.

Good gym, the staff is very friendly and there equipment is very up to par. They also sell protein shakes that are pretty good. I go there on a weekly basis and can't recommend it enough.
