  I am extremely satisfied with the service offered. The maintenance service responds quickly to every need. In particular Marc Antoine is always available, very kind and efficient. He has always responded kindly to my every request. 5 star!!!

  The people assisting us is the reason that we constantly go back to Sib’s rental products.
  If one is renting short term for a lifestyle holiday, a brick and mortar is… a commodity.
  However a particular employee has made the difference for us to return - Mr Marc Antoine Lachance where renting even before we arrive has become a no brainer and very assuring.
  
  His knowledge, resourcefulness and clarity has made closing of contracts efficient and assuring.

  I am impressed by agent Manon's professionalism & expertise.
  However, the administration refused my lease demand on the basis of having a file with La Regie Du Logement - back in 2016 - which I communicated to them prior to signing the lease.
  They initially did not let me know the cause of refusal, it was a short & cold message.
  I offered to pay 3 months in advance, a cosigner, & a copy of my 2020 tax documents for proof of income as I am self-employed.
  They claimed my file is not suitable.
  Their decision is unreasonable & unnecessarily strict.
  Otherwise, the apartments for rent in Quebec under this agency, Société immobilière Bélanger, are wonderful in terms of quality.

  I decided to move to Quebec City from Toronto and I couldn't believe how easy this agency made it for me. They contacted me back within hours of my message to them. Professional service and staff - who SPEAK english which was amazing. I couldn't be happier about how easy this whole process was.l was able to find my dream apartment within a day thanks to them!
  
  Also speaking of the apartment - modern, incredibly taken care of, SPOTLESS clean when I arrived. They really did think of everything I would need when I moved in.
  
  Anyways - I'd give them 10 stars if I could. HUGE special thank you to Yannick who is amazing and helped me with everything (bonus points cause he also speaks English!)
