Ordinary as agent..Mr. Villeneuve. Lack of information about him on the property for sale and the existing potential. When you say something that goes against his limited market belief, he blocks you on facebook. I don't have to do the work for him. He received a prize I imagine that as soon as you succeed in your first sale he rewards you. In short I found a lack of knowledge and not only me on the facebook page asked their questions and several are right but this agent ignores them or indirectly belittles him.

When we decided to purchase our first home, my wife and I decided upfront that we wanted to have the best purchasing experience above all. That way, we could genuinely enjoy our first new home for many years to come. We therefore went ahead with the process of selecting the people that we wanted part of our team.
