We were greeted by Donna on entering the store. She ask us what we were interested in and quickly showed us several units that were on our list. She was very helpful but not pushy and listened to our requirements.
We found the perfect unit at a great price and it was in stock.
We finalized a deal that day.
Delivery was within a week.
The unit was set up very quickly by the delivery crew, they were very professional.
Just great service all round from walking in the store to final delivery.
Highly recommend Smitty’s. Great service and top quality.

We visited Smitty's a few weeks ago to look at recliners. We had already looked at a number of places already and were not impressed by what we had seen. Lauri did a really great job as the sales rep in explaining the different types of recliners, pros & cons in material & manufacturing. She was a wealth of knowledge! The paperwork was quick & the delivery smooth with no issues. If you are on the lookout for new furniture check out the large offerings at Smitty's and ask for Lauri.

The sales representative was very helpful with our needs and very knowledgeable about the the stock. The furniture has all the quality well made features we were looking for and plenty of selection at reasonable costs. A large selection of custom fabrics for chairs and sofa's at a nominal charge. We purchased an easy chair and sofa with no pressure sales. Would recommend not missing this stop to browse for furnishings.

We purchased a Canadian made leather sofa and love seat and my wife and I are very happy with it. We originally ordered a sectional from a big box store. It was made in China and smelled so strongly of chemicals that is gave my son and I a headache. After returning the sectional we went to Smitty’s and had a great experience from start to finish. The price was right, the quality top notch, communication was excellent from order to delivery - and the only smell on the new furniture is the smell of fine leather. We would highly recommend Smitty’s!

The delivery of my sectional was amazing. I had waited for quite a while, so when Smitty's called to say they were on the way I was thrilled. They arrived early in the timeframe given, both men were wearing their masks, the set up my sectional and took all the cardboard and wrap with them. The whole experience from purchase to delivery was outstanding. I highly recommend Smitty's

Mary Alice was very attentive, friendly, and did everything she could to get me the best deal on the perfect glider recliner for our nursery! Delivery was excellent, too. The men showed up right on time, carried the recliner upstairs, and even assembled and tested it out ahead of time to make sure it worked and fit the space properly. No mess/packaging left behind. Overall excellent experience all around and will definitely shop here again! Thank you!

Diane from the Kitchener store was great to work with. We felt bad that we kept her and her associate past closing time, but they were great and at no point did we feel rushed out of there. The delivery process was equally as pleasant. Very friendly and helpful guys delivering from the store in Hanover. We were very pleased and will definitely recommend Smitty’s and shop there again ourselves.

We are thrilled with our new dining room suite from Smitty's! The entire experience was excellent from the moment I walked into the front door to the arrival of our new, exquisite furniture. It was a pleasure to work with Sarah, as she helped me greatly with my choices. Her pleasant manner and patience made the process enjoyable and productive. Her expertise with design was very much appreciated, as the custom Bermex order I was placing required many decisions on styles of: chairs, table, legs, fabric, apron, sizes, leaves, stain colour etc. Together, we came up with a perfect, classic and timeless set that will grace our dining room forever. There was no problem or issue with any part of the purchase, as I received exactly what I ordered and within the time-frame that was given. The delivery crew were friendly, careful and professional, and all other staff at Smitty's were kind and helpful. I will definitely make Smitty's my first stop for any future furniture needs and I will most definitely ask for Sarah!!

I recently took delivery of a sectional and bedroom suite from Smitty's and I couldn't be happier!

From the moment I entered the store though, the folks at Smitty's were VERY helpful. They asked a lot of questions and helped my pick furniture which suited my needs and style.

Skip ahead to delivery: I was given a window of 9:45am - 12:45am on a Saturday. To my delight, they showed up right at 9:45 and were gone by 12:45. (Tim and Pete, you guys were rockstar's!)

I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of product I received from Smitty's. I would recommend them to anyone else (and will be going back for sure!)
