Another cleaning done by Tanya. Dr. Norsen is always attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. Had my gums bleed and she suggested a treatment regiment that got rid of the problem in 2 days.

I gave 5 stars but if I could, I would give 20 stars. I've been coming to this dentist office for just over two years and they are truly amazing! Incredible service, super professional, great atmosphere, very clean, and very friendly and happy! It almost feels like I'm seeing family when I come for an appointment. They are the best! Would recommend 100 times over! Thank you to everyone at Smiles on Queen Dentisty!!

I wish I could give 10+ stars for this Dental office. I have severe dental anxiety from a bad experience and avoided the dentist for a long time. I’ve finally started going back and Dr. Hung has been the most amazing and supportive dentist I’ve ever had the luxury of being a patient of. Excellent bedside manner, calm, collective demeanour and overall just amazing service. This is the most amazing dentist office ever, I almost fall asleep in the chair every time now. Thank you Dr. Hung and the hygienist (can’t remember her name) for everything you’ve done and continue to do for me. Highly recommended this office for any dental needs, big or small.

Cannot express how wonderful this dentist office is.
Right from the get-go, they have been extraordinary. From their excellent communication and friendliness to thorough explanations of what to expect, they make it all very easy and stress-free. Very kind and non-judgemental, plus upfront about options and fees to help with your budget. They go out of their way to not just make their patients comfortable, but are also very conscientious about costs which made a world of difference for me and my family.
Amazing from appointment making straight through to treatment. Really and truly, I am so happy our family made the switch to this dental office. Shout-out to Tanya, she is a treasure!response / report this review -

Smiles on Queen is amazing! The staff are professional and friendly and I have always had a wonderful experience at every appointment. I have even referred family who have all become patients. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.

Best service and best dental work ever!! I highly recommend this dentist for all your needs. Not only do they do an amazing job on your teeth and have the latest technology, the staff and dentists are amazing and make you feel welcome Without a doubt one of the best dentist establishments I have ever been too. This place has such an amazing staff. The minute you walk in through the door all the way to surgery. I'm not usually the biggest fan of dentists but Dr. Hung made my wisdom teeth removal so smooth and calm that I enjoyed every minute of it. I'm usually anxious and overwhelmed walking into a dentists' office but it was not the same in this situation. Really happy to have chosen this place to work with me taking out my wisdom teeth. Just absolutely amazing.

The best dentist I've been to in my life. Modern systems and tools with an extraordinary staff that do an amazing job of explaining what is happening to your teeth. They are well versed with techniques and strategies to help you maintain excellent oral hygiene. Kind, courteous and professional every step of the way from reception to the chair. Affordable and transparent with their billing so you wont have to worry about hidden costs or extra charges.

Me, my husband and my daughter were in the clinic for the first time last week. The place is well equipped, organized and clean. Every procedure performed was explained with clarity and attention and we felt very safe. I don’t want to go anywhere else. The staff and doctors are very kind and gentle, amazing experience!

By far the best dentistry I’ve been to in my 45 years of life . Both dentists are extremely professional, honest and moral. Very modern and beautiful clinic. Super nice and helpful staff. Insurance claims handled well. My wife and kids are already patients here. Highly recommended to every one.
