Been there a few times now no complaints about the products and the staff is great with helping you find what you need. but every time I’ve gone the staff has been sorta rude to me and other customers around me I went again cause I thought maybe they were just having a bad day or something but still rude lol. Definitely going elsewhere from now on. Also the first time I went they did sell me the wrong thing twice which was sorta annoying but it worked out in the end.

I went in looking for a solution to replace my vype epen 3. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made it very easy to find something that works much better than the vype pen (for me). I was extremely please with the product and service. Such a great experience. In addition, they followed social distancing practices, without sacrificing customer care. Once again, I was extremely pleased with my experience there, and will be shopping there from now on.

Terrible experience. Been there twice in a row and was accused of lying once and was sold the completely the wrong coils even though they were adamant that they were Infact right the second time. Would not recommend.

Great selection of e-liquid as well as devices. Especially pod systems. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Amazing prices good customer service. Run into a few minor issues but nothing that hasn't been immediately made right. I would generally give a 4 out of 5. But because they have helped so many times, they deserve the perfect score. Keep it up yall
