We got cameras installed and have had issues from the very beginning. When the cameras were first installed, one fell off the wall and it was fixed after a lot of follow ups. They wanted us to pay for fixing their own mistake.
Another Camera keeps losing its link ever so often and their technician recommended to purchase a UPS system. That still did not solve the problem and we have to pay them every time they come to fix the issue. This is a repetitive issue and we end up paying for an issue that has existed from the very beginning. In October 2019, we paid a hefty amount (their charges are high) to get the issue resolved. The same issue has resurfaced within 8 months. They did not respond to our email sent out in early July, and after follow-up want us to authorize a payment prior to the technician coming over.
Very unethical and unprofessional attitude and they do not stand behind their products/services. Will not recommend their products/services to anyone.

We cannot praise this company enough. Fast, friendly, fair pricing and very competent work. We have used Preetel on 3 occasions including purchasing refurbished office phone systems. They delivered equipment which works as good as new and helped us with the set up and configuration. VERY FAIR PRICE!

Great team that carried out some Data Cabling work for us for our TV installs in around the office. The Data Cable Installation was done very efficiently and they got the work done promptly. Would highly recommend them, as they were very reasonably priced too.
