The owner here is like a fake that spreads himself way too thin with people then thinks its acceptable to ghost them after getting what he wants out of them. If you want a better version go to Bin 100 in coquitlam or bin 92 downtown

This is the best place in the neighborhood to get a chai tea. Love the traditional chai that is home made in store. The business owners make this shop worth while, they are wonderful and you always feel welcomed. You should definitely come here!

Independent and quirky coffee shop with all sorts of teas and yummy stuff to eat with an Indian theme sort of. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended.

So dirty I'm not talking about just the place but the damn cup was dirty people.. also nothing authentic. The worst I've been to in bc. Owners an idiot also I seen him refuse the washroom to a little kid who was clearly in pain. I'll spend my money else where

When I last visited sippchai I had a pretty bad experience with the owner Jas anand. I wanted to speak with him personally, and so I sat with another young fellow at the front of the store. I was very rudely told by Jas that I could not sit there as that was "his" spot. Whatever. I then asked for my tea to be packed in a to go cup and on my way out the door he commented a very rude remark about how I can't just walk in and sit wherever I'd like and would need to schedule a time to meet with him (as if hes some sort of king or something). I got news for you buddy, you own a hole in the wall coffee shop, get off your high horse. Also the drinks are far overpriced and the food is of mediocre quality. Will not return, EVER. Stay away from this place and this very rude owner.

My friend referred me to this place. When I came, I ordered a slice of cheesecake. The lady gave me three slices for free! I ordered their chai tea, and the butter chicken. It all tasted good! She double portioned the chicken for the price of half a portion. You should come to this relaxing environment with cool music!
