VERY RELAXING, PROFESSIONAL
ATMOSPHERE!!
I'm really hard on my nails I do construction, paint, clean and wash dishes .I'm constantly banging my nails! I would have to break a finger before one of my nails would fall off!! I love my gels!! Time for a fill. And I find it very hard to believe that the owner did a bad job!! or if the nails started popping off the day after or a couple days after they are put on that she wouldn't offer to fix them for free!? sometimes people who complain alot, complain alot

Very Friendly, very professional, comfortable atmosphere that leaves me wanting more relax time, less stress of life. But seriously they are very skilled and the job they do, is done very well, and I always leave satisfied and I always give tip. The price for services is so intriguing for us consumers and I never hum or haw wondering if I can afford to get all the services I want, I highly recommend this Business, and I wouldn't want it anywhere else. Oh, one more thing, they have lots of very happy regular clientele and they to are very friendly and waste know time boasting about the amazing work they do there.

Nancy does a very good job. I have been to numerous nail tech salons here in Abbotsford but have chosen to stick with Nancy . She works very hard at giving you the desired service that you request. I always get gel nails, either in French manicure or polished. She constructs the nails flawlessly, shapes them beautifully and gives a streak free layers of polish. She listens very carefully to me, explains to me and answers any questions I might have. She is very warm and friendly. I always leave a tip because I appreciate her hard work and excellent finished results. I always get loads of compliments on my nails and inquiries on where I get them done. I do have to mention one time when Nancy did my nails they broke within the same week, I called Nancy, she fitted me in the same day ,redid them at no cost to me.
For me to leave such a review has a lot to be said since I am very picky and expect a lot when I spend my hard earned money for a service. Nancy does not disappoint . The key I think is communicate,communicate,communicate. Let her know what you want, correct if you are not getting what you want while she is working, clarify the price etc etc. She wants to make you happy. Customers are first.
If you like her service keep going back because as she gets to know your preference and you get to know her you become a real team. Also just a side note do your own research before your appointment, bring pictures etc of what kind of nail, pedicure look you want this will help to steering her in the right direction.

Worst experience ever. Poor quality. Got a gel manicure. My nails started falling off like they were just glued on with drug store glue. I refused to pay for her to fix them. They all ended up falling off again. My girlfriend went completely out and bought really blingy $100 gel nails and the same thing happened to hear. She gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid for a fill. We went to the store and less than 20 minutes later, she could completely bend her nails over they were so flimsy. They all scraped off. Owner refused to give any money back or appologize. Said she would fix when she had time. Never ever going back. I never write bad experiences on reviews but this was too insane to not share. Seriously,
Go somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience . I went to get a fill after being in the area and was recommended by a friend . Turns out the sign says $35 for a fill and never mentions extra $15 for shellac! Plus diamonds were $10 each!!!I go to pay my total was 67$. Not once did she mention it was $15 for shellac. The diamonds I can understand but the price overall did not make sense I could have gotten' a whole new set elsewhere ! Horrible customer service she took over for a guy that was doing my nails after I complained about the shape . She did a good job on the shape but the prices are wack!!! At least mention it to your customers before hand !! The sign did not say $15 for shellac ! I go to my regular salon and my total for a fill, shellac and diamonds is 40-45. I should have read the reviews before coming .

Nancy was amazing. My daughter and I went in to get our nails done. We actually came upon her place by asking a young girl we saw working in a restaurant who had great nails so we asked where they were done! Our nails were stunning! She was patient with my daughter's requests and questions, and Nancy took time and listened and gave great advice and service.
I would highly recommend going here.

If I could give them no stars I would. Went there with a gift certificate for a service and she tried to charge me for tax and stuff. Then wanted to argue about it she has horrible customer service. Very rude. Her skills are very minimal for someone that says she has over 20 years experience. She made 8 of my nails bleed..didnt apologize or anything. My nail cracked the same day. On day 3 2 nails were chipped by day 5 one had already came off..by day 7 all were off. WORST NAIL PLACE EVER! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS..or you will be disappointed
