Its low on staff, the girl who cut my hair seemed nice, but i asked for a fade just as like as the picture i showed, and she gave me a small not so good fade, and the place was filthy

Been a few times this is the first time I had a horrible experience. The woman cutting my hair didn't talk to me. She was a little rude when she did speak. I dont know if maybe she was having a bad say. I tild her what i wanted. An inverted bob.. i eventually had to show her what cut I wanted and she completely butchered my hair.. I had to ask to have it blended and she asked if I was a hairdresser. I do know some things and terms when it comes to techniques to cutting hair. She didn't blend it at all and it was bad enough when her coworkers looked at my hair and had disgusted looks on their faces. Now I need to wait for it to grow out a bit to get it fixed. Never ever going again.

I've been here multiple times but I've never had such a bad experience until today. The woman that cut my hair was very unfriendly and barely talked. Maybe she was having a bad day? I do not know. Barely cut my hair, asked if I wanted a rinse, walk over to the washing station, I get some water sprayed on my head and she proceeds to start wiping my head even though I had a bunch of hair everywhere. This all happens while my room mate gets a great hair cut with talkative staff. Her name was Lacey but I've been to this location and have been coming here every two months to get my hair cut. It wasn't a great experience. I hope the next time o come here I'll get a different stylist. Thank you.

Do not go here, my mom came home with a huge cut on her neck. The woman did not apologize and was extremely rude. She also did not give us a receipt so we wouldn't go back and indentify her. I tried calling the store to let her know that we are going in to speak with the manager and she said that the name she gave my mom is not her name. She either have a fake name or lied. I Honestly wish there were a 0/5 star rating to give.

The people working here do not know how to cut hair. Doesn't matter if you bring in pictures or specify what you want, they can't even make a simple trim look nice.
If the stylists named Reema or Crystal are working, RUN AWAY and go get your hair cut elsewhere.
I understand that cheap cuts are not expected to look amazing.but this is worse than getting a bowl cut by a 3 yr old!response / report this review
