Mr Jugraj Singh and his team are really a professional bunch of people. They were very detailed in their work and caused us minimal disruption while they were working on our basement. We bought a house with illegal basement (was our first time so realtor and lawyer lied to us) but Mr Singh helped us in our time of crisis and gave us a very affordable quote for legalizing our basement.
Their workmanship is excellent and I love our new basement.

I contacted a few contractors and Mr Singh was most professional, affordable, and understanding of our needs.

Jugraj did an excellent job with our basement. Someone who really knows what true customer service is. He goes above and beyond expectations.
He is very professional, honest and keeps you posted about developments. There were some delays as expected which were beyond everyone’s control but overall it’s a five star for him. Our basement looks just like an upscale condominium and it’s all thanks to him. My husband, Riyaz Visram and I highly recommend him .. look no further!
