Great experience for what can be a nervous experience for men. The staff were extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and attentive. I had all my questions answered and the procedure was fast and almost entirely painless. 2 days later I feel great - would definitely recommend!

I suffered with an oversized prostate for about 10 years, on the hour I would be visiting the restroom and couldn't even sit through a complete movie. My experience in working with the men's health clinic was absolutely excellent. Also the procedure rezum for me was a complete success. There have been no unpleasant side effects to the procedure and I experience no complications in urinating. I'm basically as good as new.

I was pretty nervous going in for my surgery. From the minute I arrived, I was well taken care of and Dr. Patel and the whole staff were very professional and really put me at ease. I was very scared to go for my procedure but the staff was so amazing.

I went in almost in tears due to my anxiety but the nurse, Gail (Gale) was so reassuring and helped me relax. Then the Dr came in and saw I was shaking and talked with me for a while to help calm me down.

They were super fun to joke with and made it easy to relax. I highly recommend to anyone.

Called me just after my 2 hour phone appointment window. Talked to a primary care doctor instead of a urologist. He became irritated, rude and condescending when I asked about specific labs that should be part of my care with ongoing trt. I mentioned Facebook where there are support groups for people looking for answers when their doctors, uneducated in trt, have done them more harm than good. He cut me off when mentioning Facebook, not letting me explain the information or where it's from. Those groups are posting their labs from Endocrinologists and Urologists that have educated themselves in trt. Definitely would not recommend based on initial experience with them, but hope others will have a better experience.
