I am a contractor, i was hired to do minor repairs on site for this company.
Repairs were completed and approved on site.
Yet I still have not been paid for the services rendered. Have gotten a run around for the past two years.
Do not trust them.

Very, very unprofessional company. Had a meeting set for a week and the project manager is not even in the office. No call, no cancellation, no apology. Won't pick up a phone call. Get a hold of him 5 hours later and says "I was busy." No decency to call or text to cancel a meeting.

The business relationship I experienced with Zgemi was nothing less than professional. I am a project manager for a large commercial flooring company in Newfoundland, and we were contracted by Zgemi to do all the flooring in a large hotel. The site super/Project Manager from Zgemi, Roman, was professional, always did his best to provide an updated schedule, and assistance with regard to getting the work done. Any issues that arise, which do happen on projects of this size, were dealt with in a cooperative and professional manner.
I would work with them again anytime.

ZGemi is very unprofessional, they do not pay their sub contractors causing leans against their customers property. If your thinking of hiring them you might want to reconsider that decision. Very dishonest company.
Even the good reviews I have read, are employees and or family of ZGemi.
I recognize the names.
Makes my point of them being dishonest.
Sad when they have to write their own reviews to make themselves look better.

Zgemi has a complete lack respect for the residents of my apartment building during renovations. They will start work at 7:30 am on a Sunday and have no qualms about making noise past 7, even 8 pm!

During the summer they repainted / resealed the concrete balconies with extremely harsh industrial products - with out any warning. I wake up to feeling nauseous with my eyes and throat burning so bad I had to leave my apartment for the day. Solvents of this nature cause immediate brain damage from the first instillation. This might explain some of their actions. When I asked about it the workers suggested it was "no big deal". In hindsight, they should have been fined by the local authorities.
