Gone to Northpointe dental Since I was a kid In fact I don't remember seeing another dentist So probably been going there 22 years ish
When I was a kid I had major anxiety issues And the clinic always worked around them and Helped to get rid of my fear /anxiety about going to the dentist
Even when I moved from Calgary I still came back just to see This office
When my family went through tough times The clinic was always there to help Making sure our teeth Always stayed nice at a Reasonable rate
the hygienist through the years Have always been extremely friendly and gentle
When it came time for me to get braces Georgie highly recommended in visaline And the entire experience was amazing and almost pain free 😀
I am currently pregnant and plan on making this office my family dentist knowing that if my kid has the same issues they will be there to help with them

Just moved recently to Calgary and was looking for a new dentist which can be very challenging and I struck gold here. AWESOME staff right from the reception to my hygienist Cory who did an amazing job with total professionalism and skill. Dr. Georgie was great and clearly communicated to me and answered all my questions, and had seamless billing with no surprises.
You never know what to expect especially when going to a new Dentist office, but Northpointe was a great find! Look forward to my next appointmentresponse / report this review -

Never had good luck with Dentist but I must say Dr. Georgie is amazing and caring and everyone there is so helpful. Had a broken old tooth that needed out and wow no pain very little bleeding. Great people great Dentist. THANKYOU ALL.

I walked in the door and was immediately welcomed by a friendly and vibrant Noreen! She is highly experienced in the management of insurance issues and is so patient, helpful and professional.
Awesome Tammy is a gentle, efficient and top-notch hygienist with a sense of humor. She makes me feel comfortable with her kindness and respect. I trust her.
Dr Georgie is a high-quality dentist, very personable and approachable and has a calming presence. She and Dr Ed run a professional, very clean and organized dental clinic with an excellent and dedicated team.
I’ve been going to NorthPointe Dental Clinic for about 15 years. I’ve always been happy with the service and quality of care. I have moved out of the area but always go back and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

Good dentist. My son had to get a tooth out. He said it did not hurt. Good with kids.
Friendly and nice. Have night appointments so we can go after work and school. The doctor told me that the other dentist here speaks Cantonese. Will be good for my parentsresponse / report this review -

Dr Georgie and her staff are great. It's hard to find a dentist that will warranty their work. She does. I chewed through my splint which was not her fault. I have chewed through several in my life but this is the first dentist that even though it's my heavy clenching that makes me wreck them so fasts made me a new one for free. She said she would rather I get a new one now and not wait until my insurance would pay for a new one in a year. She said the damage I would do to my teeth waiting for the insurance to pay again was too much and that she would not charge me to replace it because she didn't want me to damage my teeth. I know it cost her money because I saw the lab bill. She cares more about my teeth than any other dentist, never had a dentist offered to do this for me and eat the cost to them to replace my splint. Having her warranty a mouth splint that she knows I'm going to wreck makes her different than the others. She obviously cares more about my oral health and not just the money.
She also has this scanner thing now and I don't have I have the goopy impressions for my splints now. I have to remind her that they make me gag and that I would like the scanner thing.
I have no idea how she get any review less than 4. Her entire staff always are so nice to me.
A couple of my friends have tried other offices near by but the owner was hands off and they keep complaining about the turnover of associate dentists and hygienist. I have recommended them to my dentist and they all have thanked me.
This office is truly special. They need a facelift as it's an older office but I don't care about that. I care that the dentist cares more about my mouth health and warranties the work and is gentle and compassionate and explains what's going on and I get to watch TV.response / report this review -

I used to hate going to the dentist, like most people, until I came to North Pointe. I've never felt more relaxed at a dentist. Most of the time, I usually end up nodding off while the hygienist cleans my teeth. Been going there for probably almost 14 years.

Dr Georgie came in way after hours one night to fix a front tooth I broke. She explained ways I could fix it and patched me up. She didn't charge me any more for coming in after hours. The whole time she kept asking how I was doing and made me feel like she really cared. She even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Have been to other more fancy dentists but this one is family run and makes me feel like I matter and very welcome. Plus I know if I have an emergency she will be there for me. Never found the staff anything but nice and helpful

Georgie Rosenbaum is a genius. The staff are both friendly and professional . I had SEVERE dental issues and crooked teeth with a with a horrible bite. I didn't want to go braces because they were very problematic. They offer invisalign and it worked ! I have gone here for 20 years . Always top notch!

Quality work but they have asked me to reschedule my appointments many times and aren't always clear in describing what they mean. But they are very flexible with payments and overall nice people
