Friendly staff, tons of parking. Has Starbucks coffee, as well as a great food selection. Is also surrounded by several great restaurants such as sushi and BBQ bordering the theatre for convienent dining. Been over 100 times and never had a bad experience.

I was at Silver City tonight. What a nightmare. If I could give it -5 stars it would be done.
Movie was great but the sound was so loud it was painful. I had to put something in my ears to soften the noise.
We were going to leave several times but really wanted to see the movie.
The sound was crackling it was so loud.
When we got out the people in the next theatre commented that their movie was ruined by the loudness of the theater we were in.
They thought it was their imaginations until they heard it when the door was open. We were almost fully down the hallway and could still hear our theatre.
Also my feet stuck to the floor in the bathroom. Grosse !!!! It was a 6:35 show we went to.How could it possibly get that disgusting.There was garbage sitting in the cup holders of the seats.
I dont usually complain but Silver Citythis was shameful. Clean up your act.
You guys totally ruined what should have been an amazing experience.
I should have recorded that noise level on my phone and sued for what Im certain would be severe hearing damage.

Theatres are usually clean, and the seating is comfortable and generous. Like all theatres, though, the snacks cost double their value, and some employees don't want to be there.

Still a fun way to spend a night, but I wish smokers didn't hang out in front.

I think this is the best place to watch movies in Windsor! The sound really makes you feel as if your actually there. And the picture is SUPER Clear. Also their popcorn tastes really good. You have a good time, and watch good movies when you go their.

Nice clean theater. The IMAX is great except for the seats. Wish they would lock in the upright position, keep laying down.

I come here with my service dog. I've had better luck here than with the other Movie theaters in the area.. That being said it's still not great, the staff likes to bug my dog and mostly adresses her before me. Also there's no way to reserve a seat in certain movies so if i go late i'm out of luck and have ended up in spots where my dog can get stepped on.

The service is always good but the actual screens aren't the best. The projectors aren't set correctly. The 3D glasses suck compared to other theatres.

IMAX glasses were dirty. Garbage from previous movie still in cupholders. Usually very clean and a good experience, but this visit was very disappointing.
