The service is very bad. You might be left in the island alone with no way to find help

Enjoy some food and local wine while on your journey, never had a bad experience with the service.

Runs on schedule Except for the times it doesn't but that is only due to bad weather. Most of the staff are friendly enough

It is not clear that reservations may be required. Downloaded the schedule and referred to it many times before deciding when to cross but the secheduled has tips but no phone number, website or reservation notice which would be abundantly helpful for unfamiliar travellers. No signage either at the docks, very unclear about where and what to do. Otherwise staff were great and ships are clean and organised. The ships captains are very talented in manoeuvring these hulks into submission.

The staff on the ships are both personable and courteous. The ships are clean. The views along the way remarkable. The ferry ride is a relaxing experience that sets the mood for time on the island. It's actually kinda sad leaving the ferry for the mainland.

Accomodating, and really heard working, was fourth spot on a waitlist spot and still made it on the ferry! Highly recommended!

Safe, Safe, Safe. Best customer service, staff is well behaved, treated my BMW SUV very nicely. Weather was rough but enjoyed the trip to the island.
