Had a great stay at the KOA recently. The owners are very friendly and the facilities were very clean, especially the bathrooms! Have already booked to stay again next year :D can't wait!!

Not even there yet (won't be) car accident trailer side swiped. After calling insurance and being told a safety inspection needed. We called to say we would be a day behind and our visit would be short by a day . First phone call very pleasant (Oh so sorry dont worry)
A half hour later we were called and told because I was short 24 hours of the 48 hour window to cancel. I have been in a campground waiting for the insurance to get back to me only to be told I had to pay for the day I missed but also almost $60 dollars for missing and changing my booking.
Are you kidding me. IT'S bad enough my new trailer is limping home. And my first holiday since my young husband died I get this piled on.
Don't you think I won't be reaching out to KOA head office.
Year's ago my father was the man who would yank your franchise.

Overall the campground was clean and neat, bathrooms were always clean and had hot water every time. Sites for tenting were pretty small and very close to the highway. The 11:00pm quiet time was not enforced at all as we were kept up by neighbors until 4:00am despite asking them multiple times to keep it down. More annoyingly the employees were quick to come down at 11:30pm on the first night to disturbe us and let us know we needed to come down to the office as they had made a mistake in our check in. For the price, coupled with the noise issues and distance from town I don't think we'll ever stay here again.

Restful place of you do not mind highway traffic noise. Wonderful pool, clean, modern showers and bathrooms. Our site was amidist cedar trees so great shade and aroma.

Very clean well kept facility. Pool was clean and the shower facilities were immaculate. Staff was friendly and were constantly working hard, never saw them stop. I'd give them 5 stars if the grass had been green (really needed water!) and if the sites were a bit more spacious. We would stay here again!

Great family campground. All the amenities. Pool, general store with everything I needed/ forgot to bring. Tent sites are nestled under the trees but you still get some sun beaming in throughout the day. Staff was really nice, there was a sweet lady making pancakes in the morning and she loved to hear everyone's story. The pool was great and well maintained and the showers/bathrooms were very clean. The only slight downfall was that it's right next to the Trans Canada. Our first night there was a Saturday in August so you could here non stop traffic well into the night. It didn't bother me so much but if you're looking for pure silence you will want to look elsewhere. But overall highly reccomended.

Nice BC campground, treed but right off the highway. The tenting site were fairly close together, with 5+ neighbours within close view. Nicr enough spot. Had a pool and KOA cabins for people looking for that. Had a playground and a field are for hanging out or playing sports. Clean washrooms and free showers.

Friendly staff, good clean free showers, not far from Sicamous. However, loud highway noise and not much privacy between each campsite.

Have camped all across Canada and down into the States. Have never been treated by a campground owner like this before. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. Have stayed at lots of other KOAs and never a problem, this was quite a different experience. Will drive by this place the next time.

Unfortunately we had a not so great stay at this KOA. I booked online and received a phone call from the lady saying that they were on a boil water advisory which was no big deal we normally don't drink the trailer water anyway. When we arrived the drive way was blocked off like it was closed up, which since I knew I would be charged I walked in hoping to find a front desk. Which I did, I checked in the lady seemed to be in a hurry. No real map just pointed my as to when my site was. We parked and set up no maintenance seem to have been done on the camp site areas. I had seen on the web site that the pool was not open till June. However my husband and myself went for a walk to find the bathrooms and showers only to see the sign that said cleaning between 2-4. After 4 we went back to find them still locked. When we went to ask she again said no because of the boil water advisory they were closedbut would unlock if it was a big deal. She seemed to be getting no a bit upset with our asking questions. After saying she uses the water all the time but had to advise us that it was not good to drink. No where did I read on doors, on the web site that no water at all could be used. I don't understand why the bathrooms couldn't be used. The store was closed up and the laundry facilities, never offered wifi or if we wanted firewood. I basically paid full price to camp for a parking spot. Also had a hard time finding a trash can. :( unfortunately from this one KOA experience I don't think I will even look at staying at a KOA again.
