If I could give them more than five stars I would. When your dogs pull you in the door instead of out of the door that says it all. Thank you from our canines Shadow and Tyson and the Law family. My pup, Little Lord Nelson had such a hard start to life. He was a rescue when we got him and we wanted to get him seen by a vet quickly. Needless to say Shellard Lane got him in quickly. He had a huge tape worm, another one that came out shortly after that, and a parasite. They took such good care of him and got rid of his problems. I truly can't say enough about Dr. Meagan, Dr. Cheryl, Dr. Susan, Mary, Noelle and the rest of the amazing staff. My pup loves going there and runs me off my feet to get to the door. If that doesn't say enough, I don't know what will. Prices are fantastic and they really care about the animals here. Love them and so does my pup! Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year to all of you at the hospital! Love Lord Nelson and family!

Words truly cannot express how wonderful the staff are at Shellard Lane Animal Hospital. The level of care that my dogs have received from Dr. Meaghan and all the staff has been exceptional. I have never had either of my dogs receive such a thorough exam from any prior vet I've been too. This past week I had to make the most difficult decision a pet owner can make. The amount of compassion that Dr. Meaghan, Mary and the rest of the staff showed not only my dog but myself was remarkable. I will forever remember the kindness that they offered my dog and I.

We have 3 pets, our dog Thor and two cats, Welly and Meeko. Every time we need to bring one of them to the vet, they never seem to be stressed out once they get to the vet. The people here really care about your animals stress levels and try to make the trip to the vet as easy as possible, which I'm sure any pet owner can really appreciate. The prices seem very fair, and they really only do charge for what they do. For example, Meeko had blood all over him, and we thought he tore out a nail so we brought him in. Turns out he just cut himself on his lip (something they couldn't do anything for), and instead of charging us for a full exam, they just clipped his nails and charged us for that. Really glad we found this vet clinic and would certainly recommend!

I had my first appointment today with my 12 year old Golden Retriever and we saw Dr. Goodrow. I was thoroughly impressed with how much compassion Dr. Goodrow showed to my old girl as well as to myself. She took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and discussed everything in detail with me along with providing different options for medical care.

Our dog Guinness had his first visit there yesterday, I wish I had switched him earlier! He has never had such a thorough exam, and they actually took the time to listen to me about his ear issues. They made sure to treat his infection properly, instead of just using a cookie cutter method our previous vet used that was not helping. I would and will recommend this clinic to anyone. The vet got right down on the floor with Guinness and made him feel comfortable. All the staff were great!

Oakley and I appreciated the great care he received last week when he was in for his procedure. The staff was so wonderful and caring and he just loved Dr. Meghan! I really liked her hands on approach at his appointment and her willingness to make him (and I) feel at ease and knowing he was in the best hands possible :)

I am so thankful for the kindness and care given to my sweet pets by the staff. They love our furry friends as their own and always go the extra mile to ensure peace of mind. I especially appreciate the follow up phone call after surgery or anything that causes concern. They really care!!! ���

I cannot say enough about the kind, caring, compassionate treatment we received from Meghan and Mary when we faced one of the most difficult moments that pet owners must sometimes face. Their sensitivity and care in dealing with our suffering little friend helped us to deal with our crisis. A sincere thank you for everything.

This hospital is amazing! I went there just because it was close to my house and my dog needed immediate relief from suffering a torn nail and foing to the animal hospital i always went to before ( Beattie Animal Hospital) was just too far and too much time consuming in this situation. And Wow! The service I got was amazing! Quick, caring and very good. My dog was taken care at the time of my appointment. The doctor explained very well what was the nature of this injury and how to take care of my dog. She was patient caring and just a person who loves animals. The assistant was just like her too! So right from the first moment after i entered the hospital front door i felt like i was taken care of right away. Ibonly wish we humans had a chance to experience this lwvel of care at our hospitals. I love this place and i moved allbthe paperwork for my two dogs here.

The staff at Shellard Lane Animal Hospital are knowledgeable and kind. The services they offer, such as their "wellness plans" make it easier on my family from a budgeting perspective. I truly feel that their goal is to make both my pets and us feel like family. I trust them with my pets without a doubt.
I can see how my pets react when they are greeted and how they are shown empathy, especially our almost 16 year old pup McGee. It's getting close to that time for McGee and the Vets there have helped us make McGee's end of life transition as less painful as it could be. Whether it's in a week or two we are confident we did well by McGee.

Today Beau and Jolais our 3 month old Coton Puppies had their second appointment..Dr.Meghan Goodrow and Rebecca were so attentive. kind and loving to our two babiesthey were a little shy but with a few treats and a soft kind approach we had the best visit ever..the information I received and the things I learned for our pups was incredible..We are so pleased we have found you and we look foward of many years of visiting the clinic.

A HUGE thank you to the staff at Shellard Lane Animal Hospital for being so wonderful, caring and quick with helping our kitty when he had a bad reaction to his procedure! They have checked in with us multiple times since and were so helpful with any questions we had during his stay with the hospital.

My dog Shiloh came in for her first visit this morning. We were both immensely pleased with Dr. "Meghan". She immediately put my fur baby at ease by getting down on the floor to greet her. Once down on Shiloh's level she did her exam there as well. My little girl responded so well that I will be bringing her here from now on.

Dr Meghan Goodrow and Rebecca took amazing care of my sick giant! They were extremely compassionate and very professional. My dog was treated like a queen, with warm blankets and hot water bottles to keep her from shivering after her surgery. It was little details like that that showed how much they care. I cant thank you both enough!!

Very caring, professional and accommodating staff. Dr. Meaghen is wonderfull. I buy dental chews and dog food there that my little guy is doing well on. Highly recommended.
