*MORE THAN JUST BONES* --------- Your uterus is connected to your spine and pelvis via ligaments, and these ligaments, if taught, can pull on the bones of the pelvis and lead to misalignments that can be painful. -------- As your baby grows, so does your body, and your round ligaments will stretch and thicken to help support these changes. -------- At all prenatal Chiropractic visits, these ligaments are addressed and worked on, if necessary, to bring balance to the pelvis and create space in the uterus. -------- Prenatal Chiropractic care supports the bones, ligaments and muscles of the pelvis, as well as the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health of mom. 👌🤰

Dr Shaila has helped my daughter in so many ways

The medical profession had all but given up on her but in the past 4 months she has been seeing Shaila regularly and she is doing so well. Better than I ever imagined! Shaila is warm, caring and listens to her patients. She really is a healing energy.

She has helped our entire family for several years now through accidents and sporting injuries and just on our day to day health and vitality.

Dr. Shaila has been excellent for both me and my girlfriend. She was stuck on her back for 3 weeks and was told by another clinic that she needed decompression therapy using a machine. It only made things worse and seemed like a cash grab.

Visiting Dr. Shaila, she did an assessment and her goal is to not have you have to keep coming back. After the first two sessions, Bryanna was able to walk again. And continually improving. Down from 3 sessions a week to 1 a week and soon to be one every 2 weeks.

She really cares about you and your well being.

I've been getting preventative care for my back as a cinematographer /camera operator. She's also been helping me get more balanced for the socce and snowboard coaching.

Dr. Shaila is truly a gift - she's not only a brilliant doctor, she's also fantastic with kids! She has been keeping me and my family in good health for many years. First as my chiropractor, then through two pregnancies. My babies were checked by Dr. Shaila when they were only hours old and continue to be checked and adjusted through learning to walk, learning to run, learning to ride a bike, before and after vaccines. With life's impact on our health, Dr. Shaila will be keeping a close eye on my family for life. Just get checked!

My family and I are so grateful for Dr Shaila!! She has helped us, particularly my baby girl, in many ways. We started seeing Dr. Shaila for our baby girl's colic and feeding problems, which Dr. Shaila helped resolve. Now we see her on a regular basis as the entire family feels better with every visit. Dr. Shaila has single handedly improved my baby's sleep too! She takes the time to really listen to your concerns and offer her knowledge the best way she can. She has also given us great advice on various health and child development areas. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shaila for chiropractic care for kids and the entire family

Since my 14 year old son commenced chiropratic treatment with Dr Shaila in March of this year, the positive behavioural changes he's experienced has been nothing short of amazing. Life had been very challenging for him since birth and at 2.5 years of age he was finally diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. Despite numerous medical interventions and therapy, he struggled greatly with social communication, learning and anger issues. One day, I walked past the clinic saw Dr Shaila’s sign and had a very strong feeling that I HAD to go in.this proved to be the best decision of my life. Dr Shaila's assessments detected a severe C0-C1 vertebral subluxation (likely caused at birth) which was keeping him in a constant state of "fight or flight". I was initially skeptical about what Dr Shaila could do for him, but she took the time to consult with our other health care practitioners and provided compelling research papers /case studies until even our peditrican was in agreement that it was "worth a try". Within 2 weeks of treatment, we were not only noticing improvements at home, but we received several positive comments from school and his community based activities. Each week has brought more improvements and successes.socially, athletically and in the classroom. We are beyond grateful and would encourage anyone experiencing these types of symptoms to have an assessment with Dr Shaila. Her integrity, expertise and genuine care for her patients shines through in every interaction. She is also one of the kindest, insightful and most positive people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting..our son looks forward to his adjustments and takes himself to the clinic without me accompanying him.

Dr Shaila has also been treating my 11 year old daughter (who had been struggling with bed wetting, attentional issues and mild anxiety), within 6 weeks of treatment her nighttime bed wetting was completely resolved.we have also observed positive changes in her ability to manage stress and implement learning strategies. As for me, I’m feeling grounded, calm and aligned.what a gift! Thank you Dr Shaila.

Dr. Shaila is amazing with children. My as soon as my daughter sees her she gets really excited and runs into the room to have her adjustment.

I had started to see Dr. Shaila before my pregnancy to prepare my body and get everything into alignment. I cant remember having aches or pains during the pregnancy but if I did they were few and far between. I was able to stay active and even as I was 39 weeks pregnant people would comment on how nice my posture was.

As soon as my daughter was born I knew she would be seeing Dr. Shaila. We had spoken about all of the continuing education that she had done so I knew she was extra qualified to work with children. Friends of mine are amazed that my daughter didnt spit up and I always let them know that she used to but Dr. Shaila fixed her. We see Dr. Shaila for any digestive changes, illnesses, major falls or when we feel it has been a little while.

My husband loves that our daughter goes to Dr. Shaila. The other day our daughter had a huge spill at the park and he immediately looked at me and told me that we needed to get her in to see Dr. Shaila.

We love Dr. Shaila. She is incredible!!!

I have scoliosis, spinal stenosis and SI joint pain all of which have rendered me with lower back pain for many years. My moods and outlook had also been affected, believing that I may never get better. Although I have seen chiropractors on numerous occasions I found no relief. After only a couple of treatments with Dr. Shaila I was so surprised at the immediate results which alleviated my pain as well as my outlook of the future. Dr. Shaila not only focused on the area that hurt, but my whole body, thinking process and diet. I am so happy to have found her and hope and wish other chiropractors will adopt Vita Health Clinic’s philosophies one day. YEB
