  Great staff and very accommodating when booking appointments. I have arthritis in my hip and Jacob Moloy has done an amazing job with easing the symptoms! I’ve got an improved range of motion and greater flexibility then I’ve had for years. I actually had no pain in it today and noticed I also had no limp!

  If you have not been to the massage therapist here, cameron, you need to. I was having neck pain after a car accident, I had gotten use to it after a few years. I thought I would give Cameron a shot and he was excellent. Now my neck is mostly pain free, I see Cameron around once every 6-8 weeks for "a tune up". I always know when the pain starts setting in it is time for another visit. I like how he works through my knots without putting me in a lot of discomfort. I also like that if I don't want to talk he doesn't try to chat my ear off. The music is good, pretty relaxing. Not a huge fan of the lighting but the massage is well worth it. Stop into this place and see cam, he will get you fixed up

  I went to them when I was in car accident along with my husband and daughter in 2015. Everyone there was very personable, caring, and made sure we were feeling better when they were done physio and massage therapy with us. I am now back due to a new injury and am receiving the same great care and service. No long wait times, easy and quick appointment booking. All around great service 👍👍

  I started seeing Navi shortly after my car accident. He was able to give me some IMMEDIATE release of pain and pressure buildup. What a relief!!!
  During my healing process, knowing that I
  had a physio appmt helped me deal with the pain/ pressure build up during my work day . I knew if i held on, i would be guaranteed an immediate reduction in pain & pressure and improvement in neck mobility so could sleep through a lot of those hard nights and start work again the next day.
  Still recovering but having to go for physio less often.
  Recommend.

  I would recommend Navi to anyone who has any aches or pains. He is a miracle worker. He and his staff are wonderful in every sense of the word - kind, understanding and always have a smile for their patients. My husband and I have been seeing him for a couple of years and although he is on the other side of the city we could travel even further for his help and wonderful suggestions on improving our health.

  I had neck & lower back pain for years. Went for massage therapy for 5 times now. Feeling so much better. Definitely will keep going there. I would highly recommend Jacob. He's professional and caring.

  I just wanted to let others know of my experience at the Sheer Health Physiotherapy Centre. I went there pretty well at wit's end not being able to put any pressure on the ball of my foot. I had had surgery on my foot about 3 months previous and the surgeon had said that the X-Ray showed that I was completely healed and that I should now be able to carry on with my daily life without any pain. Well this was definitely not the case but he had basically made me feel that I was imagining things. Anyway, I visited Manpreet at the Centre and within no time, I was at least able to put pressure on my foot and start my recovery. Thanks so much Manpreet for seeing that there was definitely still an issue! The staff there are very pleasant and I enjoyed my visits.

  I've been coming here for a while since it's close to home and every time I come everyone always has a smile and is In a positive mood definitely feel welcome every time and even have some smiles and laughs as well, lately I've been in a few times a week for Physio and Physio staff and reception are very caring and work with you and your work hours so you can make it to appointments with lots of time before or after to get things together and not in a rush. Will continue to come here and definitely recommend this establishment to everyone even family

  this is the best physiotherapy practice, everybody is very helpful and nice to talk. I am very happy with their services. Navdeep is a best physiotherapist.

  Since I was the victim of an at work accident I was reffered to the very nice people at the sheer health physio clinic.
  I have had nothing but success in my recovery and come to know the staff as professional and actually caring about their clients.
  I would highly recomend this clinic, Navdeep and his staff .
