  My wife and I shopped around several other appliance storesall of them in London, in fact. We strolled into Arva Appliances and were greeted by Jim. He was friendly, knowledgeable, zero pressure. We were very pleased to find out Arva Appliances services what they sell, unlike another major retailer (chain) in town (we had a very unsatisfactory experience with them and would not recommend). Anyway, we were committed to Jim and in the end we purchased a new gas range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. He really made the entire experience painless and easy. On delivery day, one of the delivery guys accidentally dropped a dolly on the floor creating a small dent in the fresh hardwood. Jim visited our house the very next day and made the issue go away. Happy to recommend Jim and the entire staff.

  The excellent customer service and the amazing knowledge that is offered on all the products really makes choosing the appliances extremely easy too do. Highly recommend making this your first and only stop when purchasing your appliances.

  Usually don't post reviews online but just had to share that we had a great experience with Arva Appliances. My parents have been buying there for years and recommended we go there. They had the best price and staff was very knowledgeable.

  Great Service! We shopped around and found that prices are pretty much the same everywhere you go. Our sales person showed us some things we didn't see at the big box stores. If not for him we would have made a big mistake. Thanks guys!
