not a bad place. you just have to keep an eye out in terms of plant quality. have had a lot of success from tulip bulbs that I have purchased here

We purchased a Honey Crisp apple tree and then found out when we were going to plant it that it required a companion apple tree to cross-pollinate. We were not advised of this when we purchased the tree, so we had no idea and only found out after researching how and where to plant it online.
I called Sequoia and asked if I could exchange it for something else, as the tree was still in the pot. She was quite abrupt and told me no exchanges or returns after two days!! They obviously do not know how to treat customers, especially when they are at fault for not telling us about a companion tree requirement.
I will NEVER give them my business again and will let everyone I know that they give terrible customer service!response / report this review
