The owner Mike is a bad person. He deceives and his techs don't do a proper inspection. His tech committed to me that they damage the Sprinkler System and then write it as a Deficiency. I will never recommend SCO and Mike to any other client. They are crooks.

Mike you are disgusting. I never know that you are a liar too. I will report you to the local fire department office. Please refrain from entering into my building since you tried to enter and my concierge stopped you. I take this as a threat. If you or your van be seen by my property, I will be calling Police and FD.
