Was looking to buy a couch from them but they only had it online and not at the warehouse. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and even looked up whether another of their stores would have it. Turns out they did have it in Etobicoke. She then found out the whole seller raised the price by a whopping 60% (!) and saved me the trip of driving there. Even though I didn't buy the couch from them, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Trustworthy and excellent customer service. Their team was very understanding and compassionate when a challenge came about with a furniture item and provided multiple options to work through it together. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

I got the Real Marble Dining Table. Very beautiful, quality material, installing was very straightforward. Delivery went very smoothly. Great Customer service 100% Free delivery, Reasonable price. Strongly recommend it for anyone who looking for a great service with great deals!
