  We attended this morning CBC Saskatoon Morning 5th anniversary show, and we were excited that Leisha Grebinski interviewed Alaaldeen Rabba, owner of Sal Pita Bakery, and talked about the exciting contributions made by middle-Eastern newcomers to Saskatoon including Syrian/Iraqi refugees. Our city's culinary landscape is definitely diversifying and expanding for the better.

  Prairie Prism Saskatoon 2018 is coming up September 30 and we need your help to make this event a success!

  Prairie Prism is a celebration of Saskatoon’s diverse multicultural community and showcases cultural performances, displays, hands-on activities and food!

  We have several volunteer opportunities that take place between 12 to 5 pm with the exception of set up, which will take place on the evening of September 29.

  Come out and support an important cause. Experience different cultures, and meet new people. Race against Racism is a fun run, filled with great entertainment throughout the course. There will also be a cultural expo which includes different cultural foods, entertainment, and prizes!

  If you still haven't tried out the delicious Syrian food by Wafaa & Badie, do not worry because they are serving again on Sunday, September 9th at the Saskatoon Farmers' Market.

  Make sure to visit Seif Kitchen by Saada Seifaldeen, for some delectable, traditional Syrian cuisine this coming Saturday, August 11 AND Sunday, August 12 at the Saskatoon Farmers' Market kitchen's Pop-Up Restaurant.

  The $10 Menu Shawarma wraps (chicken or beef), salad, fries and mint tea OR Kabsah with mint tea

  My gratitudes goes to the wonderful organization Open Door Society. I feel lucky to meet with you Theresa, jour consultancy works like magic for me. Special thanks to Jony & Jesyon for the great help of self assisted program in order to make me prepare with Resume. Thanks Tisham Mohammed Bhai for the guidance, motivation and support. I have a good job today and you guys deserve the credits.
