Maybe give the option to the hotels for giving a discount on our price. There were so many things that happened on our stay that was so dissatisfying I didn't even want to pay full price considering I had to move half way during my stay to another room, ( One reception said we move to another room Thursday cause of the booking so we move on Thursday to another room to find on the day we go to reception with all of our belongings another reception was working and asked why we had to change rooms I said I don't know maybe ask the other reception they said it was about the booking ) the first night we stay we find that someone is smoking in the next room, everytime we went into the bathroom it reaked of cigarettes smoke leaking through the bathroom fan as the fan is automatically turned on when lights go onfirst night we arrive we order room service at 9:30 pm we waited and waited at 10:30 still nothing, phoned n phoned no answer 11 pm I phone reception they said they have no control over room service it's a different establishment and they stop room service at 11 pm even though we ordered at 9:30 and the hotel menu states open 24 hours the man at reception was really rude when we called. We could have went out to eat but we waited n waited n went to bed hungry after traveling 14 hours straight. Attempted to keep calling gave up at 12:30 am. They move us to another room Thursday to find kids thumping and banging all hours of the night til 3 am above us. I call reception they said they will call up to their room but it still continued. Again the next nights 😩 Was very tired every morning when I brought my son to basketball camp he was exhausted cause of the kids banging around sounded like they were laying floor hockey on the floor or jumping off the bed 😡. I tell reception on check out and they said of should of informed them when I did and then they said well we can not give you a discount through Expedia would you stay with Sandman again? I'm like likely not. Maybe in other communities just not this one. The Denny's restaurant has very poor service highly recommend to seek other places to eat if staying at Langley Sandman Inn. It made our stay challenging

The maid left her cleaning rag in the bathroom and the towels appeared to be re-hung..so we had to ask for fresh ones..which we got..the reservation desk person was super

After a long drive through the BC fires we showed up at 8:30 in the morning and the front desk staff went out of there way to check us in early.very early! for a much needed shower and sleepand we have a dog! rooms pet friendly! to top it off next day I asked for a late check out and again they accommodated us!!! because of this service I am now a loyal Sandman client. oh and lost of food and entertainment walking distance. good updated clean rooms. cant go wrong

The rooms are amazing, they are clean and smell wonderful! The people who work there are so nice, and are very helpful! We loved our stay and hope to come and visit again!

I had an issue with the "Manager" Jason Calimbas (sp?) and tried to reach out, with no answer back. I can handle the occasional dirty room, towel or carpet, but I cannot handle self important fools like this fellow. Its just a normal hotel, Jason, not the Ritz Carleton or a Relais De Chateau executive property. Get over yourself. Other staff are alright, just not the top man.

Cheap hotel falling apart. Shower was broken, closet door was broken. Front door security bar shattered the door frame just from the pressure of trying to to open the door normally. Tons of high school kids stay here for tournaments and such expect tons of noise from high school kids at all hours.

Everything is good and staff are very friendly. Just the coffee maker is so dirty when I look at it and you have to wash by yourself
